Happy Friday! The Tournament is right around the corner.
The Tournament HQ and check-in area will be under the 2 tents on theNorthside of the turf complex.
See the attachment for the field map. If you can come tonight we will be there from 6-8 PM, if not no worries just come check-in tomorrow at least 1 hour before your first game. Remember even if you did online check-in you will still need to go to HQ to collect your rosters.
We have one more document we need to be filled out for check-in for out of area teams. See the attachment for the Hotel locator form to help the city know where teams are coming from and staying for this event.
One other note. Due to the very tight schedule of games, we will not be doing any overtime periods but will instead have a 5 player shoot-out on an open field. This will help ensure games run on time and the schedule stays on track.

Check-in info: Remember to bring both sets of waiver forms and 5 copies of your roster to be verified at check-in. We will also be checking proof of age which can be player cards, copies of birth certificates, or team rosters.

Also, I am getting a lot of questions on the check-in and what is required. All we will need at check-in is:
- Signed team waiver form
- Signed hold harmless waiver form (for each player)
- 5 copies of your team roster. You can print off your league team roster or use the T2 Sporting roster that is attached.
- Proof of age. This can be playing cards, copies of birth certificates, or verified team rosters from your league.

Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. You will notice we have a few “Open Slots” (2 or 3 team brackets). If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first-come, first-served basis.
Teams needed are2005 Boys, 2006 Boys, 2007/2008 Girls, 2010 Girls, 2012 Boys, HS Boys, and Adult Men 7v7.
The schedule will be posted on www.t2sporting.com next Monday by 8:00 pm. When creating the schedule, it is sometimes necessary for the tournament director to combine divisions for pool play, we will then separate for a Championship game if possible.

Q: Can I add or change a player(s) on my roster?
A: Yes, the roster is not final until the start of your first game. Please bring any roster changes to the team check-in, unless the change affects the division you are in, in which case you must notify me by e-mail.
Q: What is the uniform policy?
A: Players must be in like colors and shin guards are required.
