Trick or treating will start at 7:30. We will have all teams start at the 1st candy station marked on the attached document. There are 6 candy stations. Marked by the blue X. Follow from there to the next Station marked by the X. The path is marked by the pink arrows ending behind tournament headquarters. Once each team has gone 1 time everyone can continue until we run out of candy.
Good Morning -
I can't wait to see everyone out in their costumes and playing some great soccer. I have been told there is one more form I will need each team to fill out very quickly once you arrive. It is a Hotel form required by the host I need one filled out even if you are a local team or are not staying in a hotel. It shouldn't take more than a minute.
Don't forget to bring your bags of candy and drop off at tournament headquarters (perfect time to fill out your hotel form).
Also please remember NOTHING but PEOPLE on the turf This includes chairs / player benches / tents / coolers / strollers ) . (players bags are ok).
Please wear masks when you come to tournament headquarters or when you can not be 6 feet away from anyone not in your team Group. Players are NOT required to wear a mask while playing.
Pets are not allowed inside the gated area where the turf fields are.

I have attached a copy of the 5v5 rules.
There is a system issue at the moment so every team is showing up as APPLY CREDIT. You can see you schedule by going to www.t2sporting.com once you get to the schedule pick you division and then click on apply credit until you find your team. Sorry it isn't looking like this will be fixed until morning.
Also there are still a few team who have not paid (4 to be exact). If you paid thru VENMO plese text me a screen shot 512-294-0469. If you would like to pay thru VENMO @t2sporting
Thank you to those of you that have already fully checked your team in!!!!! You can continue to email me your teams packet tomorrow and Saturday morning . Or you can always bring it with you and turn in 30 mins before your 1st game.
Don't forget to turn in your teams candy for trick or treating at tournment headquarters and take your costume contest photo. Make sure your group has bags to carry their treats. Trick or treating will take place between 7:30 to 8:30. There are no games being played from 7:30-8:00.

I wanted to get this information out to you. Costume contest - please come to the tournament headquarters anytime between 2:30 PM and 6:30. We will take a photo and winners will be announced after trick or treating. We will announce the winner of the tent decoration contest at the same time.
You will not be able to stake your tents (so bring weights) NO TENTS NO CHAIRS on the TURF *******this includes TEAM BENCHES********. The City has already warned us. We will have trick or treating between 7:30 & 8:30. We ask that each team bring unopened bags of candy to the tournament headquarters. (the more you bring the more the kids get :) We will have candy stations around the complex and one of my staff will be at each one wearing masks and gloves to hand out the candy. Make sure and bring a bag to carry your loot.
I will send out another email as soon as i have the initial schedules posted.
I am aware of the Mayors recent statements for Lubbock. This does not effect the tournament and we are still proceeding as planned. Please communicate to your parents as the influx of texts / emails / and calls is delaying progress on the schedules.
If anything were to change - a message would be sent out just like this one.

Form 2 of 2 This will become your official roster for this event. You can make changes up to the start of your 1st game. Make sure that every player is listed even if they "may not show" you will not be able to add them later. You can not add additional lines. The max roster is 10 (that is why there are 10 spots on the form LOL ) if you play with an illegal player (one not on the roster or one in the wrong age group - you will forfeit all games you have previously played.) That being said. Players can play on multiple teams as long as they are not in the same division (example combined divisions) and are not playing down (players can play up as many years as they want).

In addition these need to be signed by each players legal guardian (can not be typed in) Adults sign for themselves.
There is just one of these forms per team. Once this is completly filled out you can put this with the hold harmless forms and send the packet to me in 1 email. This will be your teams check in and you will NOT need to check in before your 1st game Saturday.
If you can't get everything filled out until the day of the event that is ok too - just print out all the forms and turn in 30 mins prior to your 1st game.
If you have not paid for your team please do so before tomorrow at noon as i will not be able to schedule your games (if you need to pay the day of the event - please contact me at 512-294-0469 and i can try and work with you so games can be scheduled)

We have a no-contact check-in option available, please fill out the the attached T2 Sporting hold harmless 'COVID waiver" form (this will need to be signed by each person attending the event) 1 per family (just make extra lines). Please make sure and include your team name on each form. Once you have all of the forms for your team completed you can do online check in by sending all the forms for your team (Hold Harmless and Team Waiver Official Roster) in 1 packet and email to Natalie@T2Sporting.com or you can check in Saturday 30 mins before you 1st game. You will need to print put all of the forms and have 1 person from your team turn all the completed forms in.

Attached is our responsible return to play agreement. In it we outline the role each of us is comitting to as we try to return to the fields as safely as possible. Please read through each section and share with all team members and their parents. If you have specific questions regarding anything contained in this document - please let me know. I will also be sending you our team waiver form and player hold harmless agreements.

Is there Trick or Treating?
We ask all teams to bring unopened bags of candy. Due to Covid restrictions we will have treat stations where staff will wear gloves and masks to place candy in treaters bags. (this will be instead of having all the teams going tent to tent. Treaters need to bring a bag so they can hold their candy as they go station to station around the complex.
When is trick or treating?
Typically we halt most games between 7 and 8 to have trick or treating.
Do we have to be affiliated with a club to participate?
This is a non sanctioned event so it is open to all teams. Open to all teams 2014 to Adults.
What time is the event?
Time: 3:00 PM to 10 PM (Games will finish under the lights)
How many games will each team play?
4 game guaranteed
How do I see my schedule and standings for my team?
The best way is to download the exposure app. You can follow your team or any team in the event. You will see standings / pool and bracket play / get notifications on scores / and see event messages.

Registration Deadline: Guaranteed Acceptance 14 days before the event. Teams registering after the deadline may be accepted on first come first served bases.
Check-In: Check-in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Please bring your signed waiver form and any roster changes. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. T2 Sporting will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. T2 Sporting will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
