Thank you all for being patient as we work through schedule requests. We've got a lot of teams, multiple coaching and time restraints, and limited fields for a sold out tournament, so we got as close as we could to perfect.
Your original schedule has likely changed. Please check the updated version, and so long as there isn't an obvious error like playing two games at the same time, please do your absolute best to play the schedule as it stands. We've spent countless hours to try to get the schedule to as close to every request that was made.
Please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues.
Warrior 5v5 - Scranton, PA
Coaches and Teams,
The tournament schedules are now posted for the 5v5 Warrior Soccer tournament this weekend
You may view the schedules online at: https://soccer.exposureevents.com/176698/5v5-scranton-pa/schedule or we recommend downloading the app to follow your team(s) and to receive automatic schedule updates, download our free app on the Apple or Android app store. Please take a look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are again in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket(s). There are several division combinations which have been done to provide the best competitive games possible. Most of the divisions are in a Round Robin format where everyone will play everyone and ALL games will count. We will distribute awards based on RR results for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers at the headquarters tent at the conclusion of all matches,
Check in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster. Also, bring your proof of age and parent Waiver form and hold harmless for each player. Only one representative of the team needed to attend. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates in your possession in case of a challenge. You may also email me the waiver forms and hold harmless for a no-contact check-in.

As a note, The girls 08-09 and 2010/11 age groups will likely split to three groups of 4, so be aware of that potential change. We are still looking for 1-2 more 06/07 girls teams, and one more 2013/12 girls team.
We are currently looking for a new PA Tournament Director and will be using this tournament to help train potential candidates. Do you know someone that would be a great Tournament Director? Have them apply here:
The schedule will be posted on www.5v5soccer.com on Thursday by 8:00pm. When creating the schedule, it is sometimes necessary for the tournament director to combine divisions. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, please go to: www.warriorsoccertour.com/divisions
The tournament will be held at Riverfront Sports. We will be turning their 3 fields in to SIX 5v5 fields and we will play side to side at the facility. We plan to play all groups between 8am and 6pm, as opposed to in two blocks (early and late).
If you have special requests (Time conflict, multi team conflict, etc) REPLY TO THIS EMAIL and be sure it gets to email@example.com. I will reply "received" to ensure it's received.
