The schedules are up. Although it is unlikely to change please DON'T send screen shots to parents. Sometimes changes are unavoidable and screen shots do not update :) Instead please encourage your parents to download the Warrior Soccer Tour app. They can follow the team and see updates as they happen including field changes / time changes/ standings/ and live scoring - this will also help you by minimizing parents questions. Please review the schedule, let me know if you see an issue so that I can update / correct the schedule while it is still possible.

The team list is now posted online at Team List. Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? If your division does not have 3 or more teams please know we are working to fill those spots. If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots'', PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first-come, first-served basis.

The schedule will be posted on www.5v5soccer.com on Thursday after 9:00pm. When creating the schedule, it is sometimes necessary for the tournament director to combine divisions. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, please go to: Divisions

The tournament will be held at Heart of Texas Soccer Complex 6101 Airport Road Waco TX 76708.

Parent responsibility –*****This must be completed before 6/3 at midnight*******Each player will need an online waiver form completed by their parent go to Player waiver

Coach responsibility – Complete and have a printed Tournament roster ready to turn in at check in Official Roster

FAQ

Q: Can I add or change a player(s) on my roster?

A: Yes, the roster is not final until the start of your first game. Please bring any roster changes to the team check-in, unless the change affects the division you are in, in which case you must notify me by e-mail. All players must fill out the online waiver form, and be on the paper roster you turn in at check-in.

Q: What is the uniform policy?

A: Players must be in like colors and shin guards are required.

Q: What do I need to bring to the check-in?

A: 1) 5v5 Roster (link above). 2) Verify that all players have filled out the online player waiver (link above)

Q: What if I want to register a co-ed team?

A: We are happy to have co-ed teams. We will create co-ed divisions when we have enough in any age group. If we do not have enough, they will play in a male division.
