3v3 Live - Texas Regionals "Under the Lights"

Just a quick reminder:

Today is the last day for Regional Champions to register for free entry into Nationals using the code on your Golden Ticket!

Over 150 teams already registered - with two months left for non-regional champs to register! The early team list will be published tomorrow and the Golden Ticket promo code will be turned off.

We had a couple of refs call in today. If you have a bored sibling or parent with your team who knows how to ref, please send them to tournament headquarters and we will put them to work. Pay is $10/game by check after their last game.

Good Afternoon! We are looking forward to welcoming you all today for the 3v3 Live Regional Championships. We will be utilizing the entire grass portion of the complex today. Fields 1-8 will be located on the south side closest to the South Gate, and fields 9-17 will be located on the north end closest to the North Gate. I hope this helps with parking.

Our HQ Tent will be located in the center pavilion on the central walkway. Don't forget to fill out your waiver forms and check in at least 45 minutes before your first game. We will have medical on site if needed as well.

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Texas Regionals to be held in Round Rock this weekend. You may view them at https://soccer.exposureevents.com/181832/e/schedule.

Please take a look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket. We have a great turnout for the tournament and many teams asked for schedule requests. We have met as many of these special requests as possible, and schedules are final at this time. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30-60 minutes before your first game. Check in may take longer than usual due to the large number of teams attending. Only one representative of the team need attend. Remember to bring your parent Waiver form. This form will serve as your official game day roster, and your roster will be frozen once it has been turned in to us.

Please remember that stakes are not allowed on the grass at RRMC. Sandbags or weights must be used to secure tents.

Just a couple of items for the upcoming Texas Regional:

UNPAID TEAMS: There are a lot of unpaid teams. Teams that do not make payment on Wednesday will NOT be included in the tournament schedules. Please log in and make payment if you have not yet done so.

SCHEDULES: Schedules will be available after 6pm on Thursday. Any schedule requests must be emailed to me by Wednesday to be considered.

TENTS: RRMC does not allow stakes on the grass. Tents must be secured with weights or sandbags.

Please e-mail me any corrections TODAY, so I can schedule the tournament later this week. If you know of any teams still wanting to register in existing division, please tell them to do so TODAY.

If you have not yet paid, please do so ASAP. Any teams that are unpaid on Thursday morning when I begin scheduling, will not be included in the tournament schedules! The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com Thursday evening.

The tournament will be held at Round Rock Multipurpose Complex, 2001 N Kenney Fort Blvd, Round Rock, TX. Please note that NO staking is allowed on the grass at RRMC. Please bring weights or sandbags for your tents!
