Just a reminder to please bring your completed waiver form to check in. There are a LOT of teams for us to get checked in before 8am, and completed forms will help speed up the process and reduce your time standing in line! Here is a link to the form:

In case you missed our previous emails, the tournament is being played at the Apex Soccer Fields, NOT RRMC or OSP!!! The address is:2008 Harrell Pkwy, Round Rock. Games will NOT be rescheduled due to teams arriving late. Please be sure your parents know where to go.

3v3 Live Soccer Tour

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Round Rock this weekend. You may view them at SCHEDULES.

Please look at the schedule and make sure you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts in your bracket. We have a great turnout for the tournament and many teams asked for schedule requests. We have met as many of these as possible, and schedules are final at this time. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

The venue for the tournament has changed, and games are being played at the Apex Soccer Fields at Old Settler’s. The address is 2008 Harrell Pkwy, Round Rock, TX. Be sure your parents are aware of this change as games will NOT be made up for teams or players who are late!! Please do not park in the grass as you will be subject to being towed.

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes before your first game. Only one representative of the team need attend. Remember to bring your parent Waiver form. This form will serve as your official game day roster, and your roster will be frozen once it has been turned in to us.

Coaches & Team Managers,

The City of Round Rock notified us this morning that they are moving our tournament again. This is the final verdict. We are playing on Saturday at the Apex Fields in Old Settler's. These fields are located at 2008 Harrell Parkway, and are next to the tennis courts in the park.

Please be sure ALL of your parents get this information. We cannot reschedule games due to teams or individual players being late!

I am so sorry for all of the confusion. What started as my attempt to keep us off of the turf fields for heat/safety reasons, turned into a big deal for the city, and we are glad they have been able to accomodate us on grass.

Schedules will be available first thing tomorrow morning.

Coaches & Team Managers,

Just a quick note to let you know that Saturday's 3v3 will be played at Old Settler's Park, and NOT at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex. This change was made so we could play the tournament on grass and not on turf at RRMC. With the highs Saturday expected to reach 100 degrees, turf posed a safety concern to us. Games will start at 8am Saturday, and we should be totally finished by 3:30pm. Apologies for the early start, but again, we're trying to beat the heat as much as possible.

Schedules will be available Thursday morning. If you are coaching multiple teams, and want your games deconflicted, you MUST email me the team names before 6 pm Wednesday. I can usually deconflict two teams per coach during pool play. Please bring coaching help if you have additional teams.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament being held in Round Rock, TX, on Saturday, July 1st. My name is Oscar Favela, and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at oscar@3v3live.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.

The preliminary team list is now posted online at TEAM LIST. Please review this list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me any corrections TODAY, so I can schedule the tournament Wednesday evening. If you know of any teams still wanting to register in existing division, please tell them to do so no later than Wednesday evening. We are working diligently to fill open spots and we do expect all divisions with teams in them to make.
