Also, make sure to have a photo or copy of proof of age. Only one representative from each team needs to attend the check-in.
You are welcome to email me all the forms for a non-contact check-in. Make sure to send 1 email per team, subject put the team name exactly like they are registered with the division they are playing. Make sure to sign the bottom of the roster form. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates with you in case of a challenge.

Good Evening,
Once again thank you for participating in the wonderful game of soccer through 5v5 Soccer.
I just posted the schedule. I tried to accommodate all of the scheduling requests. It is difficult having a small facility to manage all requests. The good news is you get to play soccer in January inside.
It would be nice to say that there will be no changes made. But the reality is there will probably be some. We have had some teams drop due to illness and things. Live happens and we adjust.
Have a great evening,
Steve Gatesman

Below is a message from our President.
We want to remind everyone of our zero tolerance policy for referee abuse at 5v5 Soccer. As we aim to create a positive and fun tournament, it is crucial that we maintain a supportive sideline environment. While competition is part of the game, let's remember to be respectful and encouraging.
Referees play a vital role in ensuring fair play, and we must treat them with respect. Please remember to:
‣Encourage positive behavior
‣Cheer and support without aggression
‣Communicate with respect
‣Focus on player development
By following these guidelines, we can create a safe and inclusive atmosphere for everyone involved. This should extend to how we treat all team supporters, coaches, staff members, players on both teams and our officials.
Thank you for making 5v5 Soccer a great experience. Let's celebrate the joy of the game and promote sportsmanship together!
Best regards,
Andrew Vorce
President 5v5 Soccer

Good afternoon,
In chatting with our Host Partner, it looks like the December 7th date is not a great date for several teams who want to enter. We have rescheduled this event for January 25th and 26th. Please verify that this new date works for your team. If it doesn't, please respond so we can cancel/refund your registration or find a different event to transfer your team to.
Thank you,
