The parking for fields 1-4 has dried enough that everyone should be safe to park back there!

Attached you will find the Field Map for tomorrow's event. For those of you with first games of the day, please stay off fields until 10:45am.
Boys 16/17 Division, please review your schedule. The times are the same, but fields change at 6:30pm.
At check in, your team will receive a trash bag. Please use this to collect your team's trash and leave it near a trash can or put in in the dumpster at the end of your day. This will greatly help the field crew and the volunteers.
Parking Information
We are going to need everyone's assistance with parking this year. Please communicate this information to members of your team.
Some of the parking lot is not available due to underground utility improvements that have been ongoing. Please do not move cones from around this area or allow your children to go into this area. It is an active construction site.
This park has one way in and one way out. If you stop on your way in to unload/ drop off you will back up traffic onto the main road. Please pull down one of the parking lanes to unload, if necessary.
Parking in the grass near the dumpster (to the left as you enter) will add more spots. Please consider other drivers and back in or pull into the grass, do not park along the parking lot (parallel park) as this will limit the number of vehicles that could park there.
Parking may be available in the grass by fields 1, 2, 3, and 4 if it dries out enough. It was very wet this morning. Consider this as an option if you have 4x4. Others should consider parking there at your own risk knowing getting stuck is a possibility. To access this area, you will need to go straight until you see the construction area, then turn left. Follow the cones to the opening in the fence.
DO NOT park along the fence at the entrance to the park. This will block everyone from being able to get into the parking lot.
DO NOT park on Coley Davis Road. This area is enforced by traffic patrol and ticketing/towing occurs frequently.
There is a parking lot across the street from the park at the MTA Ride Share lot. There is also parking available up the hill from the park at the church and Home Depot.

Dear Coaches and Teams,
The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Nashville this weekend. You may view them here. Please review the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket(s). I was able to honor most requests, but some were not possible.
Please read: Due to the amount of rain we have experienced this week, the fields are not draining well. Because of this, we have been asked to push back the start time to 11:00am. I understand that this may affect some afternoon plans that some teams have, but I am not able to make any adjustments to the schedule with all fields completely booked. Please remember you can make changes to your roster if necessary.
Expect the possibility of having to change fields in the course of the day to some auxillary fields so we can limit the damage that occurs. We appreciate the host allowing us to play and working hard to get the tournament in. They have asked that no players get on fields prior to 10:45am.
While I do not anticipate any changes to the schedule, there is a possibility that changes could be made. I will attempt to contact coaches if changes are made; however, it is suggested that you view the schedule again late tomorrow (Friday) night in case adjustments must be made.
Check in Details:
*Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30-60 minutes prior to your first game.
*Only one representative per team needs to attend check-in
*Remember rosters may only have 6 active players
*Waivers need to be signed online by midnight tonight (Thursday).
*Bring your proof of age. This won't be examined at check-in, but these should be kept in your possession at all times in case of a challenge.

Schedules
Please let me know by tonight, Wednesday, June 18, if you have any scheduling requests. If you have already emailed me, or listed your requests at the time of registration, I have that and you do not need to contact again.
Some divisions have been combined. Please check your team's division and let me know if you need to discuss.
Schedules will be out Thursday night by 7pm.
Check In
With the move to online waivers this season, please send 1 representative from each team to check the team in and headquarters and get t-shirts. No other information will be needed. Headquarters will be located under a white tent with a 3v3live table cover.

We are anticipating additional team registrations this week to round out divisions and will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to participate in this event.
Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (including email address).
Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts
