3v3 Live - Oklahoma City Schedule

Hi Coaches and Managers-
Please DO NOT warm up on the fields for the first hour or two! There is plenty of space on the side of the fields to do passing and stretching. I know its an inconvenience but we need the fields to last as long as possible.

Also there is only one sidewalk from the parking lot to the concessions and then the complex is all grass. Please tell parents and spectators to be careful when walking on the soft grass. We can give cart rides to anybody that might need a ride ie. elderly, handicapped.

Hi Coaches and managers-
We are at the field and they are pretty wet obviously. The plan is to push start time to 1pm! With an extra hour to dry it should help immensely! Safety is our priority and we want the fields as playable as possible.

Games will wrap up around 6:30-8 depending on your bracket size.

If your team cannot play please let me know asap! Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Hi Coaches and Managers-
Per my previous message we have pushed the tournament back to 12pm kickoff. The schedule on-line will be adjusted in the next hour as I am waiting to see if we need to change any divisions based on the delay. So far we only have one HS Girls team that cannot play so we are trying to get a replacement team.
We will be at the fields around 10am to see the conditions and how the fields are holding up. Hoping this last bit of rain will be done around 9-10 and fields can dry out a bit. I will keep you posted.

Hi Coaches and managers-
Due to current weather conditions and warnings in the area and expected forecast
we are delaying the start of the tournament to 12pm.

Safety is our number one concern and we have a lot of players and parents driving several hours from out of the area. This delay should allow for better conditions to travel and allow the fields to dry out.

If this delay will prohibit your team or teams from playing please let me know asap and we will adjust the schedule and we will refund your registration or transfer to another tournament!

Thanks for your understanding and patience! Forecast looks good after 12 so hopefully we can get it in.

Here is the field map for tomorrow. The fields are in really good shape for the most part. However they are a bit soggy in some places as expected. Hoping the rain misses us tonight. HI Coaches and Players-
I hope all is well. I think I have all the divisions sorted and I ready to begin scheduling. I will start scheduling at about 1pm so if you need any changes please let me know asap!
I know everyone is curious and interested in the weather this weekend and the amount of rain we have received in the last days/weeks. Safety is our number one concern so we are closely monitoring the fields and forecast. WE PLAN TO PLAY!! :) We will make any decisions on Sat am based on what the weather is actually doing at the time. If we have to push the start time back then we can do that. But we will keep you posted on all this. We will be setting up tomorrow around 5pm so I will get a chance to look at the fields live.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE National Soccer Tournament to be held in conjuction with NWO Club in Oklahoma City, Ok on June 7, 2025. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at shane@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

The most up-to-date team list is now posted online at www.3v3live.com. Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. I have already combined a couple of divisions in order to get at least 4 teams if possible. We still have 2 days left for registration so the divisions with 2 or 3 teams will likely fill up to at least 4 teams.

You will notice we may still have a few “Open Slots”. If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, have them contact me as soon as possible. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

If you have not yet paid, please do so today or tomorrow. Any unpaid team on Wednesday will not be scheduled.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 8:00pm.

Important roster and waiver info - please read!

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to particpate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (incluing email address).

Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).
