First, You guys have been great! Thank you for being so patient while we worked through the weather interuption today.
**ALL games were moved up one hour!

Coaches -
1.Check in at HQ 30 min before your first game.
2. MUST bring paper roster with you to check in. This is your final roster. no exceptions.
3. All players must have proof of age available at the event.
4. Medals are given to top three teams in each bracket. Medals can be given out AFTER the color blast celebration. We want the kids covered in color for their team pics! Coaches, please have fun with this!
Medals are given out near the DJ area.
Families-
1. Please pay attention to the parking instructions and signs. We realize it is tight and we have done our best to designate as many parking spots as possible, so please pay attention to the signs and refer to the event layout for more details on parking. Attached
2. We will have concession, ice cream, shaved ice and a hydration station at the event. (hot dogs, burgers, walkie tacos and more)
3. Color Blast Kits - You can pick those up near the HQ tent. If you preordered you have one reserved. Don't feel rushed to pick it up.
We will have a few extra kits, no guarantee on size or how long they will last.
4. Color Celebration - First Color Celebrtaion is at 4pm (as soon as the 3:30 games are over). This celebration is for the younger teams that have games 10:30-3:30. When your game is over, put your CB shirt on, fill up your squeeze bottle with colored powder from the color station and meet in front of the DJ area. Second celebration will be at 9pm as soon as the 8:30 games are over. Same instructions as above.

do not: use your colored powder before the color blast celbration
do: fill your squeeze bottle up at any time, between games, when you get there or before the celebration.
do: encourage your Coaches to get in the circle so you can "blast them"!
5. You can bring your canopy tent and blankets. We will have some yard games and of course music. Please enjoy yourselves! The games are for every one to enjoy.

Color Blast Participants,
The schedule has been updated to reflect the new schedule of ALL games being moved up one hour.
Coaches or Admins, if you have time to log in your account for color blast and add your parents emails and phone numbers to the roster, they will get all the emails and texts that I send out. That will alleviate some work on your end.
I will give you time to do that. Later this evening I will send a detailed email with reminders and details about parking and concession etc. to help everyone feel prepared.
Can't wait for a Sunny Color Blast Tournament tomorrow!

*note: The sanctioning league updated our tourney date in the system and generated the earlier email saying schedules were updated not realizing we were pushing games earlier. We apologize for the confusion. The schedule is now current and up to date.

Color Blast Participants- In the interest of safety and to ensure the best experience for our teams and families we are moving the Color Blast Tournamen to Sunday 7-16-23. With inclement weather and possible delays it would be difficult to manage the schedule and the Color Blast experience.
ALL games will start an hour earlier. I will update the schedule to reflect that change.
If your team can not make the tournament on Sunday, please start with sending me an email with a subject line "Color Blast Team Withdraw". I will reach out to you using the Coach information on your registration.
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we navigate this change.

CB Families, I recieved many messages about where to find the schedule. Below is a link. Scroll down and find your teams birthyear, click there. Your bracket may or may not have a championship game based on the number of teams in your bracker. It could be a round robin (pool play). The schedule will show a championship game if you have one.

Check emails. Schedule is out.

Coaches - The schedule is posted. I have attached a snapshot. Please note: I do not have field assignments yet as I may need to move games to other fields depending on the number of Referee's. I will have field numbers assigned by Thursday. The venue is small so this should not make an impact on plans. The game times should not change unless there is an emergency change request or errors. Please make sure your parents know to always use the live schedule. If any changes are made, including field assignments. I will send a notification. However, some emails have been getting returned and some registrations did not leave cell numbers. It is always best to use the live schedule and check our Facebook page @ 5v5 Color Blast Soccer Tournament for any announcements.
I will also send one more email this week that will include all details of the tournemant to help you and your families prepare. Stay tuned.
