3v3 Live - Nashville “Under the Lights"

Good Morning! I want to be sure everyone sees all the info for our first ever 3v3 MVP Showcase tournament we are offering tomorrow at the White House Soccer Complex. Please forward this along to your team parents for consideration!

We will be accepting sign-ups for our MVP Showcase throughout the tournament tonight on-site at tournament headquarters. We will be offering divisions for players 2011-2016. We will be handing all teams in these age groups a sign up sheet at check-in this afternoon that you can fill out and bring back to tournament headquarters to register your players.

We are offering "Buy One Get One" player registrations on-site. If you have players who already registered for the Showcase, they can bring a friend up to HQ and add them for free!

Check in for the Showcase will begin at 8:30am on Sunday and games will start at 9:30am and end around 2pm. All players are asked to wear a white shirt and will be given a blue pinni at check in that will be worn any round where your player is on the home team for a given game (noted on your schedule)

Players will receive their schedule for the day at check-in

We would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Nashville “Under the Lights” tournament in White House, TN on Saturday, July 13th. My name is Cassidy and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at cassidy@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible!

We have posted the team list which you can check out HERE! Please make sure you are in the right division, etc. We will be accepting teams until tomorrow evening at midnight. If you know anyone wanting to participate, let them know they need to get registered ASAP! We have 100+ teams and counting and select divisions are filling up quickly.

This Sunday is our first ever 3v3 Showcase tournament. Registration is now open to individual players. Players will be randomly assigned to teams each round and will play a 10 minute game. Each player on the team will be assigned points based on the results for the team in each game (3 points for a win and 1 point for a tie - standard 3v3 Live Tie-Breakers will also be used). Players will play a total of 6 games with teams randomly shuffled each round. The 3v3 Live MVP Showcase is inspired by the Dutch Tournament tradition and is considered the best way to determine who is the "most impactful" player over the course of multiple games. The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com no later than 7:00pm on Thursday. Games will be scheduled from 3pm-10pm.

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Nashville "Under the Lights" in White House this Saturday. You may view them HERE! Be sure to scroll to the bottom of your division's schedule and look at the section "brackets" for playoff games after pool play.

You will need to check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Check-In will open at 2:00pm. Please bring your signed team waiver form and be prepared to know your players t-shirt sizes. Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the player cards/ birth certificates in your possession in case of a challenge.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the White House Soccer Complex this afternoon. Check-in will be open starting at 2:00pm. You must check-in 30 minutes prior to your first game. You will need to come to check-in with your completed team waiver form (attached to this email). This waiver form serves as your final roster. We will not examine proof of age at check-in, but you should have it on you in case of a challenge.

Our fields for this event are happening on the full sided fields 1-6. Each 3v3 field will be numbered on the bownet goals.The fields will be numbered as following:

White House field 1 - 3v3 fields 1-4
White House field 2 - 3v3 fields 5-8
White House field 3 - 3v3 fields 9-12
White House field 4 - 3v3 fields 13-16
White House field 5 - 3v3 fields 17-20
White House field 6 - 3v3 fields 20-24

The host club will be collecting a $5 parking fee as a fundraiser for White House Soccer Club. Please be sure your team parents come prepared with cash for parking and the concession stand.
