3v3 Live - East Regional Championships "Under the Lights" Venues

*Please read the following closely as some of this information is Regional Championship specific*

Since this is a regional event, in all divisions that have more than one age group, there will be the opportunity to award 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place for the overall division along with 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place to the top three age specific teams. The “golden ticket” for free entry to the 2024 National Championship will be awarded to the first place team for all ages. (meaning that in a 2010/2011 division, there would be a 1st place team awarded a "golden ticket" for both the top 2010 team and the top 2011 team).

Please double check that your team is in the correct division by looking at the team list HERE! If you have any questions about the division you have been placed in or if your coach has any coaching conflict requests, we need to know as soon as possible. I will be responding to emails only until after the schedule has been released to keep all communication in the same place so if you don't hear back from me on my cell, this is why.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com no later than 10:00pm tomorrow evening. Games will be scheduled starting at 3:00PM on Saturday. I will send out an email once the schedule is posted. A reminder that Elizabethtown, Kentucky is on EASTERN TIME! All posted game times will be on Eastern.

Since this is a Regional Championship and a National Championship qualifier, we will be examining proof of age at check-in. Please be sure to have your player cards/ birth certificates/ proof of age with you when you come to check-in. A digital copy or printed copy of these documents is fine. We will not be holding onto proof of age documents after they have been examined.

You will need to check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Check-in will open at 2:00PM. Please bring your signed team waiver form and be prepared to know your players t-shirt sizes. Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster.

Regional Champions - LAST CALL!!

Regional Champions have until Sunday night to register for Nationals using their free entry code from their "Golden Ticket"! On Monday, the regional champions free entry code will be disabled!

Regional Champions have 1 week left to register for Nationals using their free entry code!

If your team won your division at your area's Regional Championship, you should have received a "Golden Ticket" with an entry code for free entry into the 3v3 Live National Championships!

To use this code you will need to register BEFORE September 1st!!

At registration you will be asked to pay a balance of $50 to complete your entry. This is a security deposit and will be refunded to you after you check in at Nationals. (Deposit will also be refunded if your team has to withdraw from the event and you notify us BEFORE November 1st.)

There is a wreck on the Bluegrass Parkway causing a large number of teams and referees to be running behind for our tournament start time of 3:00pm. We are pushing all games back 30 minutes from their original start times to account for this unforseen delay. The online schedule will be updated with the new start times.
