3v3 Live - Bowling Green Divisions

We've got several options for lunch and snacks today. The concession stand is open by headquarters and the restrooms and there is also a couple of food vendors.

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Bowling Green, KY this weekend. You may view them here. Please take a look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket(s). I was able to honor most requests, but some were not possible.

Please read: While I do not anticipate any changes to the schedule, there is a possibility that changes could be made. I will attempt to contact coaches if changes are made; however, it is suggested that you view the schedule again late tomorrow (Friday) night in case adjustments must be made.

Check in Details:
*Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30-60 minutes prior to your first game.
*Only one representative per team needs to attend check-in
*Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster
*Bring your proof of age. This won't be examined at check-in, but these should be kept in your possession at all times in case of a challenge.
*Bring signed Parent Waiver form. Bringing a signed waiver form to check-in will allow you to quickly check in and get your t-shirts. Waiting until the day of often causes stress when having to track down parents! Teams can't be checked in until the waiver form is signed for all players.
*For teams with smaller players, please be advised that we do not carry YS t-shirts. YM is the smallest size available.

Waiver Form - please print out and bring to check-in (only one waiver form is required per team). Remember, this serves as your team's official roster and waiver. Please have each player's parent sign the waiver prior to Saturday morning at check in. This will save you time and frustration.

Schedules
Please let me know by tonight, Wednesday, July 3, if you have any scheduling requests. If you have already emailed me, or listed your requests at the time of registration, I have that and you do not need to contact again.

Some divisions have been combined. Please check your team's division and let me know if you need to discuss.

With tomorrow being July 4th, I plan on putting the schedule together in the morning and sending it out. If there are issues with the schedule, please email me, but I will not be responding until Friday. If schedules change for your team, I will email you, but ask that you also check the schedule Friday night for any changes that may have occurred.

We do still have availability in the tournament. I will be leaving registration open through tonight to allow any last minute teams.

The initial team list is now posted online here. Please review the team list for accuracy and let me know of any corrections that need to be made. If there is an issue or question with placement, please contact me to discuss.

We are anticipating additional team registrations this week to round out divisions and will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 7:00pm. When creating the schedule, it is sometimes necessary for the tournament director to combine divisions. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, please go to: www.3v3live.com/divisions
