3v3 Live - Hendersonville "Under the Lights"

We would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament in Hendersonville, TN on Saturday, June 8th! My name is Cassidy and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at cassidy@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

We have posted the team list which you can check out HERE! Please make sure you are in the right division, etc. We will be accepting teams until tomorrow evening at midnight. If you know anyone wanting to participate, let them know they need to get registered ASAP!

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com no later than 8:00PM on Thursday. This is an "Under the Lights" event so games will be scheduled between 3:00PM and 10:30PM on Saturday.

You will receive important check-in reminders and tournament information over the next few days so please be on the lookout.

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE soccer tournament in Hendersonville this Saturday. You may view them HERE! Be sure to scroll to the bottom of your division's schedule and look at the section "brackets" for playoff games after pool play.

You will need to check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Check-In will open at 2:00pm. Please bring your signed team waiver form and be prepared to know your players t-shirt sizes. Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the player cards/ birth certificates in your possession in case of a challenge.

Our host partner for this event will be collecting a $5 parking fee as a fundraiser for the Hendersonville Soccer Foundation. Please come prepared with cash as both parking and the concession stand will be accepting cash only.

A few reminders for tomorrow!

Check-in for the event will open tomorrow afternoon at 2:00pm at tournament headquarters. You must check-in at least 30 minutes before your first game. Please have with you the signed team waiver form that is attached to this email. This will be your last opportunity to change your roster.

Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the player cards/ birth certificates in your possession in case of a challenge. Tournament t-shirts will be given to the team representative at check-in so be sure to know your players sizes.

We will have awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. This includes the gold, silver, and bronze brackets. Awards will be handed out at tournament headquarters. Bring your whole team to headquarters for a photo op!
