3v3 Live - Oklahoma City NOKC 2017 B Ted

Hi Coaches and Managers-
We are all set up and ready for tomorrow 3v3live at NWO. The forecast looks perfect and it should be a great day. Couple of things....
1) Please be sure to have your waiver with your players listed and signatures of guardian/parent. This will be your final roster for the tournament. Check in will begin about 815am.
2) Concessions will be open all day and they will be selling lots of yummy food.
3) Please be respectful of the referees. They are human and make mistakes just as players and coaches do. I will not tolerate any verbal abuse of a referee!! If you have an issue please come to me and we can discuss options. Coaches make sure you and your players know the rules for 3v3live.
4) Please respect the game and the players and other teams and let's show amazing sportsmanship in the tournament.
5) Be sure to get your Tshirts for your players at check in.
6) If you have any issues about the tournament/schedule/rules/referees/fields etc. please come to the registration table and I will do my best to help out any way that I can. We want everyone to have a fun and positive experience playing 3v3live.
7) There will be a map of fhe fields at check in and you can take a picture of it if you need. The fields are pretty close together and have numbers on the goals. Have a great day and thanks for playing 3v3live soccer.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
Please click the link for the final TENTATIVE Schedule that now includes the 12/13 and 13/14 boys division. I was able to break it out into two divisions to make it more age appropriate. The schedule will be final at 3:30pm so please let me know if any questions or concerns. Map will be coming soon as well as other information. I am hitting the road from Tulsa in 30 minutes so will be unable to check emails till after 7pm. It a 2 hour drive and will be on fields setting up. If its urgent call me at 314-452-0177. Hi Coaches and Managers-
Please click link above to view the TENTATIVE schedule for tomorrow. The only division missing is 2012/2013 Boys because I am waiting for two teams to pay and register.

Please let me know if you have any concerns regarding schedule. I did my best to avioid coaching conflicts but I can't control conflicts once we get into Bracket play.

Hi Coaches and Managers-

I am going to allow a little more time to let everyone make sure they are in the proper and correct division. I know some Coaches/Managers may not even see my email until tonight after work. Therefore please review and make sure your team is in the right division and I will allow that process to stay open until midnight tonight. After that I will not make any more changes to the divisions and will begin to schedule in the am. I will begin scheduling early tomorrow and will be done by 10 am. Thanks and let me know if any questions.
Please know that I will provide a map and other information tomorrow as well. As previously mentioned, all games kick off at either 9am or 930. Thanks and have a great night!

Hi Coaches and Managers-

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament to be held at NWO on June 1, 2024. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. I apologize for the delay in getting this information out but we kept registration open until Midnight last night and ended up with about 8 more teams. (Woo hoo).

The team list is now posted online at 3v3live.com/NWO.

Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. You may notice we have a few “Open Slots” (Divisions with 2 or 3 teams). If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

Because the tournament has a relatively small number of teams we had to merge some teams and divisions in order to play it out. We hope that your team is in a competivie and appropriate division but if you have concerns please email me.

PLEASE NOTE****I WILL START SCHEDULING AT 3PM TODAY SO PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOUR TEAM IS IN THE RIGHT DIVISION BY 2:30 PM TODAY!! EMAIL ME ASAP IF WE NEED TO DISCUSS!!

We will put divisions together tomorrow once all teams are in. Schedule will be ready by 8pm Thursday night. All games will start at either 9am or 9:30am. We should be done by 2pm.
