3v3 Live - Midwest Regional Championships Venues

Hello,

As your fall leagues and such are coming to a close, I wanted to let you know that we will be holding our final 2 outdoor events before Nationals. Whether you are looking to sharpen your skills for Nationals, try out a new team or simply want to get out and play....you can sign up for one or both events. They are:

SAT, November 2nd in Carol Stream, IL (deadline 10/29 @ 11:59 pm)

SUN, November 17th in O'Fallon, IL (deadline 11/12 @ 11:59 pm)

Regional Champions - LAST CALL!!

Regional Champions have until Sunday night to register for Nationals using their free entry code from their "Golden Ticket"! On Monday, the regional champions free entry code will be disabled!

If your team won your division at your area's Regional Championship, you should have received a "Golden Ticket" with an entry code for free entry into the 3v3 Live National Championships!

To use this code you will need to register BEFORE September 1st!!

At registration you will be asked to pay a balance of $50 to complete your entry. This is a security deposit and will be refunded to you after you check in at Nationals. (Deposit will also be refunded if your team has to withdraw from the event and you notify us BEFORE November 1st.)

Hello,

As a participant in this year's Regional event, I have an opnion question for 2025. The way the calendar sits,in 2025, regionals would fall on Aug 2nd. We are also considering it to be on Aug 9th in order to have an additional week of summer play, especially as we might lose a week due to July 4th next year. So what I'm asking you and to respond to is would you rather have the regional event on Aug 2 or Aug 9th? A simple reply to this email would be fine. Thanks.

I wanted to send out a quick message to let teams know how the golden ticket and medals will be handled.

Golden Ticket......So the winner of each division will be presented with the golden ticket. This will allow them, if they wish, for a FREE entry into our nationals in November. This is a NON TRANSFERABLE item and will be tracked.
In the event it is a combined divison (2011/2012 as an example)....There will be a golden ticket given to both the top 2011 and top 2012 team if a 2011 team wins. HOWEVER, if a 2012 team wins the division, then only that team will win the golden ticket.

Medals.....Medals will be given out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places at regionals.

Good evening,

The schedules for this Saturday have been released. There was quite a few conflicts/requests and we did our best to make them, but some were just not possible with teams in the same divisions, odd numbers for divisions, 1 coach for 2-4 teams, etc. I tried to move teams around the best that I could to make it work and at least get some of the requests filled. After all said and done, I was still able to fulfill 86% of the requests given to me.
You can access the schedules via the app or the tournament page. Please also remember that both pool play and bracket play count towards your 4 game min. Changes can not be made at this time. See you Saturday!

With so many teams coming in after the initial deadline, WE WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH SHIRTS FOR ALL THE TEAMS. As stated, shirts are not guaranteed after the intial deadline. So here is how we are going to handle shirts in this order:

1. Any team that registered by the inital deadline AND emails me by the deadline (details below) will be given their shirts.
2. Once I have fulfilled the guaranteed shirts, I will then start filling orders of teams that email me IN ORDER OF EMAILS COMING IN based on late registrations.
3. Then any teams as they come up to check in on Saturday will get shirts until we run out.

So what this means is you may not end up getting shirts, even if you registered early, you may not get the sizes desired, etc.

Please have ONE representative from your team reply to this email with the following info for your team to me:

1. Team Name and Division you're playing in
2. Number of shirts and what sizes. We have youth medium and large and then go to adult sizes.

An example would be:
Gophers 2011/2012 Boys
2 youth medium, 2 adult small, 1 adult medium

I will respond to your email stating I got it. If you don't get a response, I did not get it. We will try to get as many shirts to teams as possible but as I mentioned, a lot of teams came in after the deadline and the order was already placed.

PLEASE HAVE THIS IN NO LATER THAN 4 pm on FRIDAY.

Attached is the waiver form that each team will need. ONLY ONE FORM IS NEEDED FOR EACH TEAM. You will bring this form with you to check in and it will serve as your final roster. It CANNOT be changed once your first game has started. Please print this out and bring it completely filled out already when coming to check in along with your poof of age and players. This will help expedite the process. Thanks.

Hello,

I have already received many questions as to what is acceptable. So here is what we take:

Passport
Player Card
Birth Certificate (doesn't have to be origianal but MUST have the embossed seal on it)
Drivers License
Roster sheet from leagues with all identifiable information

We will NOT accept a photo of the birth certificate. Once checked in, the parent or coach can hold the items, we do not if you are worried about it getting lost or what not.

This Saturday, teams will be REQUIRED to show proof of age WITH THE PLAYERS PRESENT. The players once checked will get a wristband placed on them at that time. One person will not be able to collect them and take them to the team.
The player will be required to keep this band on the entire day and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT ONE.
If the player removes it, destroys it, etc, they will need to come up to be rechecked and will also incur a $5 replacement fee.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE PROOF OF AGE IS BROUGHT WITH TO REGISTRATION.

We are looking for teams to simply "round off" divisions, but they are not absolutely needed. However if you know of anyone, we are looking for one team in each of the following divisions:

10/11 boys
12 boys
14 boys
16 boys
09/10 girls
13 girls
15/16 girls
