3v3 Live - Lawton Documents

Hi Coaches and Managers-
The fields are set and ready for tomorrow. The weather looks great and definitely warm. Good luck to all teams!
1- Stay hydrated and in shade as much as you can
2- There will be a map at check in. You can check in 30 minutes prior to your first game with your waiver/roster. The fields are set up running from South to North 1-9.
3-Please be kind and courteous to our referees! I will not take any verbal abuse of referees by players coaches or fans. This in not the WORLD CUP so make sure your fans are showing sportsmanship to other teams and players and referees. These small sided games are excellent learning situations especially for younger or newer referees. They will make mistakes just as all players and coaches will. If you have any concerns or issues with a referee please let me know.

HI Coaches and Managerts-
I had a team drop out so there were a couple of small changes in the Boys 12/13 group. Everything else stayed the same. The scheudle is now FINAL and there will be no more changes. I will be sending more information later today once I arrive in Lawton to set up fields. Please let me know if any questions. Thanks.

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Lawton, OK this weekend. You may view them at 3v3live.com-Lawton.

Please take a look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are again in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket(s).

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30-60 minutes prior to your first game. Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster. Also bring your proof of age and parent Waiver form. Only one representative of the team need attend. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates in your possession at all times in case of a challenge.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
I hope all is well. I have combined most of the divisions where it was needed so that we have enough teams in each divisioni to play.

The most up-to-date team list is now posted online at 3v3live.com. Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. You will notice we may still have a few “Open Slots”. If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, have them contact me as soon as possible. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

Registration will be open until midnight tonight. Please let me know if any questions.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament to be held in Lawton, OK on June 22, 2024. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at Shane@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

Registration will remain open until Wednesday at mIdnight. Teams will be posted on Wedsday am. All divisions are open at this time and accepting teams.

The tournament will be held at Lawton Soccer Club.

Games will begin at either 9 or 930am and the tournament should be completed no later then 2pm.
