If you played in any of our 2024 events you get a discount for registering for a 2nd event in the same calendar year!
What does that mean?
That means we'll take $100 off each registration for our August 3, 2024! Sign up - then email us to advise which event you attended in 2024, we'll verify & add the credit to your account!!!

Hi Teams,

Some awesome news for those that have already pre-ordered and plan on being at the Friday evening Check In to purchase the JR Passes - You can use the passes on Monday June 17th since JR has not allowed early pick up this year they extended the access to Monday!

Last reminder the Friday Check In is NOT required. Only folks that should be there are one's who want to purchase JR passes in person and folks that have last minute emergency changes to their team line up!

We apologize for the delay in posting schedules, we had a lot more team movement this year than in the past!

1. Schedules are posted on our site & in our app.
2. Don't forget to ensure all Team Roster & Medical Waiver forms are received no later than 6.12.2024. This can be done electronically by signing into your Event Connect account - Add Player (this is your Team Roster) - players will receive an email to e-sign. Forms are also available on our Check in page to email or upload.
3. We have a Friday check in - this is ONLY for 2 purposes - emergency add ons to provide forms and the last opportunity to purchase the Jolly Roger passes at the discount price. Check out the website on the Check In page for Friday details & location and the Special Offers page for the info on JR. Important note for this year - JR is NOT allowing early pick up of passes so you will need to pick up at the Friday check in or the passes will be available at the sales tent by Saturday morning.
4. We had to combine some divisions this year as well - they are as follows: BU12/13 - BU15/16 - GU11/12 - GU15/16. What this means is you can have a combo of both ages in that division & you can add players until you reach the max of 10 per roster!
5. Don't forget when reviewing schedules to look at the brackets to find all of your games.
