Beach 5 Sand Soccer - Ocean City, MD Teams

Teams - we had a team drop out yesterday so we had to redo that division however we also had to adjust several other schedules in other divisions so PLEASE make sure you're check your teams schedule.
We hate when this happens but sometimes things are out of our control!

REMINDER- there is no check in for this event so ALL documentation is required prior to the event - we do not take paper work on the "field".

Hi Teams,
Unfortunately we had some teams drop out & then we had some teams sign up so we had to redo the schedule.

Please make sure you review it for your division spcifically. 4 divisions were affected however in order to make the entire tournament work your division could have been affected as well.

Reminder - schedules are posted on our website - Click on Schedules & make sure you've selected Ocean City August event. They are also available in our app.

Hi Teams,
Now that schedules are posted we want to make sure everyone is on the same page.
If your team is registered for a division & you have players older than that division, you will need to notify us to be moved to the correct division.
For example:
If you have 10 & 11 year olds on a team - you must be registered for the U11 division. Even if someone on your team turns 11 on the day before the event, they are considered 11 yrs old ON the day of the event so you would need to be registered for U11.
If you have any questions/concerns about your team being in the wrong bracket please contact via email ASAP.
If a players age is questioned by another team & a player is found to be older the entire team loses out & the team will be removed from the tournament, no refund.
We want everyone to have a fun time & experience. We go on the "honor system" so please make sure we're all being fair to the kids!

We are excited & ready to see everyone in the sand Saturday August 3rd, 2024.
Please note that schedules are now posted in our app & will be posted on our website (see Schedule on left hand menu) in the next day or two.
Don't forget to take advantage of the JR special (see Special Offers on left hand menu). Orders must be received via email by 7.29.2024. Include # of JR passes, team name & division for processing.
