Weather delays or schedule changes due to weather will be communicated via email and posted on the Paducah 3v3 Live event page as well at 3v3live.com. If no communication, we are on time and good to go.
*Team check in is 30 minutes before your first game of the day. We will be located in the shelter area when you arrive so please bring your signed waiver form that also includes any roster changes. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
There will be a $5 parking fee when you arrive so please be sure to have cash for parking, operated by the complex.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE National Soccer Tour event to be held in Paducah, KY on Saturday, July 6. My name is Ricky Romans with Ace Athletics Group, and our group will be directing your tournament. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by email at ace@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.
The initial team list is now posted online at 3v3live.com for the event. Please review the team list for accuracy to make sure your team is in the correct division. Please understand that divisions can/will be combined as necessary prior to the tournament. You'll notice changes to the groups/divisions at some point Tuesday evening and/or Wednesday afternoon.
For an explanation of our grouping procedure, please go to www.3v3live.com/divisions.
Registration does not end until Wednesday evening so please feel free to share registration opportunities with anyone you think may have interest in joining the event.
The schedule will be posted on the 3v3 Live website (3v3live.com) on Thursday, July 4 by 6:00pm. For planning purposes, please be aware that all fields will start at 9:00am and the event should be finished around 4:00pm (based on current numbers).

General Information
Start Time: 9am
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Please bring your signed waiver form and any roster changes. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! 3v3 Live will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Tournament Facts:
- All players will receive an official 3v3 Live Soccer tournament t-shirt (t-shirts not guaranteed for teams that register after the deadline)
- The top 3 teams in each division will receive custom medals for each player
- The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Championship of their choice
