Rain rain go away! Thank you all for being patient and trying to play with us. We DEFINITELY want the kids to play! The next event is on January 11th in Bastrop (already over 20 teams). If you'd like your team to transfer to that event, or any other event, please let me know. If a transfer doesn't work, we can offer a 100% refund. Please reply to me with your decision so we take care of your team.

Please review the schedule to ensure you are in the correct division and that there are no conflicts with your bracket(s). Schedules are subject to change, so be sure to check back on Friday evening.

Please check in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Remember to bring any roster changes, as this will be your last opportunity to make changes. Also, make sure to have a photo or copy of proof of age. Only one representative from each team needs to attend the check-in.

You are welcome to email me all the forms for a non-contact check-in. Make sure to send 1 email per team, subject put the team name exactly like they are registered with the division they are playing. Make sure to sign the bottom of the roster form. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates with you in case of a challenge.

Referees play a vital role in ensuring fair play, and we must treat them with respect. Please remember to:

‣Encourage positive behavior
‣Cheer and support without aggression
‣Communicate with respect
‣Focus on player development

By following these guidelines, we can create a safe and inclusive atmosphere for everyone involved. This should extend to how we treat all team supporters, coaches, staff members, players on both teams and our officials.

We will send out another email once we know what dates are available. If the new date isn't an option for you, and a transfer event won't work, we will offer your team a 100% refund. We are very limited on space and time, so if there is a schedule issue please contact me at 512-294-0469 of 76 time slots i have 5 open spaces so making chages will be extremely limited. Schedules are subject to change, so be sure to check back on Friday evening.

Please check in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game or save yourself the time and email me your final roster at Natalie@5v5soccer.com. If the roster does cahnged remember to update and email or bring before your 1st game kicks off, as this will be your last opportunity to make changes. It is forcasted to rain this weekend, so far the facility says we are good to go. 5v5soccer will not cancel the event. If the facility closes the fields we are working on a back up location but everyone should plan on playing in the weather, be sure to bring plastic bags for muddy cleats.

Unless I send you an email regarding field closing or change of venue we are on and ready to play at Onion Creek soccer complex Saturday morning.

This event is Now Sold Out! Registartion has been turned off and teams will now go onto a wait list. That being said there are a high number of teams that still need to pay their registration. I would like to release the scheduled within the next hour. Please make payment as soon as possible. For weather - unless the Facility (Onion Creek) closes the field we will play. Games will play in rain and we delay for lightening. Games that reach 1/2 time when a delay is called will be considered final.
