Hi Coaches and Managers-
Here are the final updates and results for the Mustang 3v3live tournament that got suspended due to weather at about 2:35 pm.
All the games that kicked off at 2:30 did not make it to half-time so these games will not count in the standings. The winners and medals will be determined by the teams with the most points after pool play. The pool points are in the schedule attached above. Find your divsion and it will show your standings after pool play.

Its a new even where each individual player will showcase their talents and be paired up with a different team every game. (Dutch Style Soccer). Hi Coaches and Managers-
I hope all is well and that everyone arrived at their destination safely on Saturday afternoon! That was quite the storm that came rolling in!

I am just now getting to work on the Mustang results from the weekend. I hope to give you an update at 5pm today. I have been checking emails but haven't been able to reply to all of them yet. I plan to answer all emails after 5 pm and can discuss the results.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
Due to the primary concern of player safety we have made the difficult decision to CANCEL ALL REMAINING GAMES.
We have documented the scores of the ongoing games and we will review and determine who will be considered champions or if we give co-champions. I need some time to determine all this. Once the decision is made we will mail medals to your team.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
We are in a lightening delay. As of just now there is lightening .4 miles. We have to wait at least 30 minutes once lightening is 10 miles away.
In the meantime we are deciding what we will do if this lingers over an hour. Stay tuned!

Hi Coaches and Managers-
I hope all is well and that your players are ready and excited about 3v3live tomorrow!! The fields look AMAZING!

We realize there is rain in the forecast but WE WILL PLAY as scheduled for now. If there are any updates we will let you know. We are monitoring the situation closely.

Please be sure to check in 30 min before your first game. All waivers should already be in the system and online. If you didnt sign a waiver I will have a couple extra at HQ. After checking in we will give you the tournament t-shirts.

It is going to be hot tomorrow with high humidity. Please be sure your players are drinking plenty of water and staying cool and under a tent when not playing!

We will have a trainer on site for any injuries or taping or help with heat related issues! They will be located at tournament HQ by concession stand.

Please be sure to throw all trash away and keep the complex nice. There are plenty of trash cans by the fields.

Lets show great sportsmanship to players, teams, coaches and referees! Its going to be a great day!

Medals go to 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Please let me know if any questions.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
Please see link above for the final schedule. There were a couple of games that moved fields so please verify your field and game times.
I added a High School Boys team so that division is the only divisioin that changed. Sorry boys, no sleeping in! :)

We will be on site later this afternoon to look at fields and I will let you know if any issues or changes. There is rain in the forecast but we don't anticipate any issues, but it's Oklahoma so you never know. Safety is always our number one priority. We will make those decisions as needed.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
Please click on link above to see the preliminary schedule for Saturday 3v3live. I think I got most all coaches conflicts worked out....unless you coach 3 or more teams, then its almost impossible with this tight of a schedule.
Please review and let me know if any questions or need changes.
I plan to make the schedule final by 8pm tonights.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
I hope all is well! Less then 48 hours before the 3v3live event begins in Mustang!! The divisions look fantastic! The only division that I would like to get one more team is:

2013/2014 Girls

This divison has 3 teams so we can play it out but its not ideal. If we could add a 4th that would make it much better for all. I will comp any team that can help out at the last minute and come out and play!!

I hope all is well. I moved a few teams around and consolidate divisions where we only had 2 teams.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT DIVISION!!

We still have a couple of divisions with 3 teams. We can play 3-team divisions but its not ideal. We will see where we end up tomorrow.

Registration closes at midnight tonight. I will start scheduling tomorrow around noon so the divisions will need to be set. Schedule will be released by 8pm tomorrow night!!

Looks to be a great tournament once again in Mustang!

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament to be held in Mustang, OK on July 12, 2025. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at shane@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

Registration will close at midnight on Wednesday. We still have room for teams if interested.
The team list is now posted online at www.3v3live.com/mustang. I will send the link right after this email.

Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. You may notice we have a few “Open Slots” (Divisions with 2 or 3 teams). If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 8:00pm. For planning purposes, please be aware that all games will start at 9am and should be finished by 3pm or 4pm. Mustang is a large tournament with many teams so we will do our best to be done by 4pm.

Coaches please be sure to send a quick email if you need me to try to avoid conflicts in the pool play...if you are coaching 2 teams or more. I will do my best to accomodate. Please know that I CANNOT control conflicts in the playoffs so please have an assitant available just in case. Medals are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. I may be moving some teams tomorrow and Thursday before I start scheduling to make sure the divisions are competitive and fair.
