Thank you for registering for this weekend’s 5v5 Soccer Tournament in Chattanooga, TN. My name is Kris Ray and I will not be your onsite Tournament Director this time but you are in good hands with Ryan and Tomas. -2009 TO 2011 HIGH SCHOOL BOYS
*We do have a one to two teams planning to enter today. Having one of two more would be great.

*Registration will remain open for all age groups unitl the schedule is put together tonight, but we do need teams from age groups above to fill out the HS brackets.

If your team has not paid yet and has not communicated with our staff, your team will be dropped from the event by Friday morning.

There will be a $5 per person or 2 can goods gate fee. All processed going to the local food bank.

FAQ


Q: Can I add or change a player(s) on my roster?
A: Yes, the roster is not final until the start of your first game. Please bring any roster changes to the team check-in, unless the change affects the division you are in, in which case you must notify me by e-mail. All players must fill out the online waiver form, and be on the paper roster you turn in at check-in.


Q: What is the uniform policy?
A: Players must be in like colors and shin guards are required.


Q: What do I need to bring to the check-in?
A: 1) 5v5 Roster (link above). 2) Verify that all players have filled out the online player waiver (link above)


Q: What if I want to register a co-ed team?
A: We are happy to have co-ed teams. We will create co-ed divisions when we have a sufficient number in any age group. If we do not have enough, they will play in a male division.

TEAM ROSTER

►Coach / Manager responsibility: *** Print and bring to check-in*** Complete and have a printed Tournament roster ready to turn in at check in. This is your Official Roster.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:


DIVISIONS

Teams will be grouped into divisions based on birth year and skill level. Brackets will be combined by teams +/- 1 year and/or skill level to make the most competitive brackets possible.


SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS

►Full schedule posted late Thursday night

►Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 6 pm to natalie@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.

►If the request is made later than Wednesday at 6pm, changes may not be accepted.


GAME FORMAT

►All teams play a minimum of 4 games.
►Divisions with 3, 5, or 6 teams play round-robin; 1st place is determined by points.
►4-team divisions have 3 pool games and a final playoff.

We have an upcoming 5v5 Soccer tournament at Lookout Valley High School on June 21st. Teams can be formed by coaches, managers, or parents. This is a great way for them to keep sharp and active over the summer.

National Qualifier: 1st-3rd placed teams qualify for Nov 30-De 1 Tampa, FL National Championship
