BVU Cup 2025 Divisions

Our first Championship game has already wrapped up and others are underway. A reminder T-shirts for first place teams will be presented at the field where the game was played.

A field marshal will be in the area with a white bag looking to meet the winning team.

Please remember, all U09 and U!0 teams should pick up their Participation Medals today before they leave.

All games starting after 12:15 PM will be shortened by 10 minutes per half with running time waterbreaks.

This is effective for all games until further notice.

Hello,

We are continuing to monitor temperatures and the forecasted highs for this afternoon which we are watching dropped a bit from what we were seeing earlier today. We are optimistic we'll be able to complete all games today.

We are proceeding with the 5 minute shortened halves as previously stated for now with waterbreaks. We will update you again if we make additional changes.

For all U09-U10 teams, be sure to pick up your participation medals today at Cliff Fen. They will be there all day today.

Good morning!

Shortened Games
We are starting all games today with 5 minute shortened halves and two minute running time water breaks starting with the 8:00 AM games. We will advise again throughtout the day if we need to shorten more.

All starting game times will remain the same.

All Championship games will go directly to PK's today. We will not play any OT periods for any games today.

We will again be monitoring temperatures thoughout the day via accuweather and the OSHA Heat app.

Awards
We have Championship T-shirts for first place teams today. (Sorry, no award for 2nd place). The T-Shirts will be awarded at or near the field the game took place on.

U09-U10 Participation Medals
We have participation medals for all U09 and U10 teams at Cliff Fen Park. Please pick those up anytime today.

The home team is designated on the schedule. (First team listed).
Home teams will generally wear their home team kits per TCSL guidelines.

Visiting or Away Teams should wear alternate kits to avoid a conflct.
If both teams have too similar of color kits as rules by the referee, the home team is then responsible for changing to an alternate color per the BVU Cup rules.

TIEBREAKERS
If at the conclusion of bracket play, two or more teams have the same point total, advancement to
the semifinals will be determined using the following tiebreakers in the order listed until a team is
eliminated. If more than 2 teams are tied proceed to step 2.
1. Winner of head to head competition: Does not apply if more than two teams tie
2. Winner of most games
3. Goal differential; goals scored versus goals against, maximum 3 goal differential per game
4. Fewest goals allowed
5. Goals Scored
6. Most Shutouts
7. Least Red Cards
8. Earliest registration date. (If a team does not submit their roster by roster deadline, their registration date defaults to when their latest final roster was received / approved.
