BVU Cup 2025 Schedule

Hello, since our original posting we've had a few changes.
Now that we are almost a week later, we have sent the schedule to our referee assignor and unless we have major errors that are found, we are locking down the schedule.

From this point forward, any changes will be directly communicated to the teams affected.

Feel free to share the schedule to your team, but please remember to check the schedule frequently. In the case we do make a change, and perhaps you miss the notification, we want to ensure you are checking the schedule on exposure on a regular basis.

We have just shared the schedule publicly for review. This schedule is subject to change. Please do not enter these dates and times into your team apps until we've closed the review period.

We will allow a couple of days of review, but will lock the schedule down shortly after. Please use this time now, to identify any potential misplacing or other scheduling conflicts.

Once we lock down the schedule it will be too late to accomodate changes / requests.

Thank you for registering for the 2025 BVU Cup!

We have a great field of teams ready to compete, and we are working diligently to finalize the schedule handling some last minute changes.

We plan to post the schedule in the next 24-48 hours. Once posted, please review and let us know of any major issues if there are any.

Teams will have their regular pool play games shown when you click on your team, but to see the playoff games, you will want to view the group and scroll to the bottom of the page where the placeholder games are listed indicating your teams bracket information.

At schedule release time, we will also open up the online check-in. Stand by for more instructions on roster check-in.
