3v3 Live - Nashville “Under the Lights" Documents

Thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament in White House, TN on Saturday, July 12th! My name is Cassidy, and I’ll be your Tournament Director.

Team List
The team list is now available! You can check it out HERE. Please double-check that your team is in the correct division, and all info is accurate. Due to the large number of teams in this tournament there is a possibility of select divisions being further broken down into multiple groups.

Registration Deadline
We’re accepting teams in select divisions until Tuesday at midnight, so if you know anyone still looking to join, let them know to register ASAP. Divisions are filling up quickly!

Schedule
The game schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com no later than 8:00 PM on Thursday.

This is an "Under the Lights" event, so matches will be played between 3:00 PM and 10:30 PM on Saturday.

Online Roster
All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to participate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information including their email address for them to sign their waiver.

The tournament schedules for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament in White House this Saturday are live on the website. You can view them HERE. Be sure to check the "Brackets" section to see playoff matchups following pool play. If any adjustments are made to your schedule moving forward you will be automatically notified through our online system.

Check-In Instructions
Please check in your team at the Tournament Headquarters tent at least 30 minutes prior to your first game. Once you have completed your teams online check-in, you will not need to bring anything to HQ, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts

Location / Parking
All fields are located at W.L. Anderson Park (White House Soccer Complex). The address is 2760 US-31W, White House, TN 37188.

The host club will be collecting a $5 parking fee as a fundraiser for White House Soccer Club. Please be sure your team parents come prepared with cash for parking and the concession stand.
