3v3 Live - Murfreesboro "Under the Lights" Killer Kickers

The 3:30 games are now scheduled to start at 3:52.

If we are able to start playing at 3:45, we will attempt to get back on schedule, as the first game was scheduled at 3:30, so please have all players ready to play at their assigned game time.

Check-in for the event will open at 2:30PM at tournament headquarters. You must check-in at least 30 minutes before your first game. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the player cards/birth certificates in your possession in case of a challenge.

We will have awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. This includes the gold, silver, and bronze brackets. Awards will be handed out at tournament headquarters.

Field Location: Follow park signage to Youth Soccer Fields 12-15. Headquarters will be located behind the building on the field side. Field 12 includes 3v3 fields 1-6. Field 13 includes 3v3 fields 7-11. Field 14 includes 3v3 fields 12-16. Field 15 includes 3v3 fields 17-22.

Food and Drink Reminder: We will have an acai bowl vendor as well as Kona Ice and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee. Water, Gatorade, Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite will be available for purchase near headquarters. There is no concession stand for this tournament so bring food or be prepared to go out and get food if you need something besides an acai bowl!

There is a threat of thunderstorms this afternoon. If we have to delay games, communication will be emailed regarding re-start times. Please do not allow players on fields if a delay occurs. Moving to vehicles is highly encouraged.

Attached is the field map for Siegel Park. Our tournament fields will be on fields 12-15. You will be able to find field numbers for each 3v3 field when you arrive and headquarters can also assist in locating fields.

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Murfreesboro this weekend. You may view them here. Please review the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket(s). I was able to honor most requests, but some were not possible.

While I do not anticipate any changes to the schedule, there is a possibility that changes could be made. I will attempt to contact coaches if changes are made; however, it is suggested that you view the schedule again late tomorrow (Friday) night in case adjustments must be made.

Please read: There will not be a concession stand this weekend. There is a possibility that an acai bowl company will be a vendor and we will have drinks for sale at headquarters as well as Kona Ice and Traveling Tom’s Coffee, but no other food. Please be prepared for this.

Check in Details:
*Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30-60 minutes prior to your first game.
*Only one representative per team needs to attend check-in
*Remember rosters may only have 6 active players

*Waivers need to be signed online by midnight tonight (Thursday).

*Bring your proof of age. This won't be examined at check-in, but these should be kept in your possession at all times in case of a challenge.

Please let me know by tonight, Wednesday, June 25, if you have any scheduling requests. If you have already emailed me, or listed your requests at the time of registration, I have that and you do not need to contact again.

Some divisions have been combined. Please check your team's division and let me know if you need to discuss.

Schedules will be out Thursday night by 7pm.

Check In
With the move to online waivers this season, please send 1 representative from each team to check the team in and headquarters and get t-shirts. No other information will be needed. Headquarters will be located by the building.

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to participate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (including email address). Please check your junk/spam if this message is delivered to your inbox.

Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).
