Update - tournament start time is 9:00am. Please check in 30 minutes before your first game. Please make sure all your players have completed their waiver online. There has been a change of location for tomorrows event. The fields at 6601 Jones Lane have too much standing water and are not playable. We have secured new fields at Findley Street Park. Address - 2214 Findley Street, Texarkana Texas 75501. Please make sure all your players have the new address. The club GT United just informed me the lightning has increased in the area with storms and is now projected to have severe lightning till 3:00pm. For safety reasons I am moving the tournament to Sunday. The schedule will remain the same times just move a day back. Sunday rain is projected to have moved out and temperatures are improved. Please notify me via text 501-270-9086 or via email kathy@3v3live.com if you have a problem with playing on Sunday. I apologize for the late notice but I have just been informed of the severity of these storms from the local club and as we all know we can not control the weather. I look for to a great day of soccer on Sunday I hope to see all of you there. Kathy Larios

Schedule is posted online. Make sure all waivers are filled out online. Make sure all players have an email listed on roster so waiver link can be sent to each player. Please be aware this is a new location in Texarkana. GT United is the host club and the field address is 6601 Jones Lane, Texarkana, TX 75503. PLease check schedule before saturday in case of changes. There were a few teams trying to form to play. I look forward to a great day of soccer. Be prepared for cold weather and possible rain. Always good to have a spare change of clothes.

I am about to send you a link to your team roster. When you get it, you will be able to update your player info and you will be able to see which of your parents still need to complete their waiver form to participate in this event. Please contact the parents on your team who have not completed their waiver form and let them know this needs to be done before the tournament or they will not be allowed to play.
If you have entered your own personal email in each space, you will need to update to the correct email address for each player so that they can receive their waiver form to complete.
As a reminder, they will only have to complete the waiver one time for the entire season!

General Information
Start Time: 9am
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player and must be completed before checking in at the tournament on game day. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season! )
Players must be listed on roster and have a completed waiver form in the system to receive their free 3v3 Live T-Shirt
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Please bring your signed waiver form and any roster changes. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! 3v3 Live will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Tournament Facts:
- All players will receive an official 3v3 Live Soccer tournament t-shirt (t-shirts not guaranteed for teams that register after the deadline)
- The top 3 teams in each division will receive custom medals for each player
- The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Championship of their choice
