1. Please remember to come to the HQ and check your team in.
2. There will be concessions available for your use and a few vendors available.
3. There may be some weather issues today. If that arrises, please know we do play through rain. If lightning arrives, there will a pause and delay for 30 min. If it continues, game times could be adjusted.

In reviewing the teams, some of you have done great, others are in the middle with some complete and some haven't got one done. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY IF THIS IS NOT COMPLETE AHEAD OF TIME. I have clicked on each unsigned person and sent an email (please give it some time to arrive). It went to the email provided. Please go in and complete this ASAP so that it's done. Your PRIMARY/ADMIN person/coach HAS ACCESS AND CAN CHECK AS WELL. IF THE PLAYERS HAS A BLACK WAIVER NEXT TO THEM, THEY ARE DONE. PLEASE GET THIS DONE! Hello,
If you have not already done so, please make sure all of your players waiver forms are completed. It goes to the email provided for each player. Remember you only have to do this ONCE for the entire season, so if you played last week it's already done.
Coaches can check their players by logging into their account and clicking players. You would then see the waiver in black next to their name if done.
Also, please make sure your rosters are updated. You can do so in the same area after logging in. No more than 6 players are allowed to be active, so deactivate anyone not playing. Thanks.

Good eveing/morning,
I have posted the team list. You can find it on the tournament page under teams or also on the app. I have broken some divisions apart and moved some teams. I have placed teams based on where they registered, last years rankings and also the skill level provided by the registering person. We still may get a few teams coming in to round out some divisions.
If you have an issue with YOUR team, please reach out by tomorrow (Wednesday) no later than 7 pm as I will start to schedule. Thanks.

Description
New for 2025! Online rosters and waiver forms All players must be listed on the team's online roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player's email address and must be completed by 5 pm on the day before the tournament. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season!)

General Information
Start Time: 9 AM or Later
Registration Deadline: July 6th @ 11:59 pm (CST)
Cost: $250
Anyone registering after the deadline will be charged $275
Check In: Check in 30 minutes before your first game at the fields. Waiver forms will be electronic and need to be completed no later than Friday at 5 pm. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time unless it is BEFORE your first game. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Divisions: 5 through Adult (may be combined if needed)

Players: Up to 6 players per team
May play on 2 different teams, but NOT in the same division
Shirts: All registered players will receive a 3v3 Live t-shirt
(Shirts are not guaranteed after the deadline)
Awards: The top 3 teams in each division will receive awards.
Regionals: The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional of their choice along with points towards Nationals (Panama City Beach, FL for 2025)
