Registration for the 3v3 Live National Championships is NOW OPEN!

If your team won your division at your area's Regional Championship, you should have received a "Golden Ticket" with an entry code for free entry into the 3v3 Live National Championships!

To use this code you will need to register BEFORE September 1st!!

At registration you will be asked to pay a balance of $50 to complete your entry. This is a security deposit and will be refunded to you after you check in at Nationals. (Deposit will also be refunded if your team has to withdraw from the event and you notify us BEFORE November 1st.)

I just wanted to send out a quick note for today. If you need something, please come up to the HQ tent or send a rep from your team. DO NOT CALL me as it will be ignored. I'm not trying to sound rude, but with so many people coming up to ask questions, rule issues, refs, etc....it makes it hard for me to answer calls in the middle of this. This Saturday, teams will be REQUIRED to show proof of age WITH THE PLAYERS PRESENT. The players once checked will get a wristband placed on them at that time. One person will not be able to collect them and take them to the team.
The player will be required to keep this band on the entire day and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT ONE.
If the player removes it, destroys it, etc, they will need to come up to be rechecked and will also incur a $5 replacement fee.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE PROOF OF AGE IS BROUGHT WITH TO REGISTRATION.

Here is what we will accept:

Passport
Player Card
Birth Certificate (doesn't have to be origianal but MUST have the embossed seal on it)
Drivers License
Roster sheet from leagues with all identifiable information

We will NOT accept a photo of the birth certificate. Once checked in, the parent or coach can hold the items, we do not if you are worried about it getting lost or what not.

1. The 2015 boys divisions got combined and seeded again based on rank/skill/etc for one full division of 16.

2. Please remember that you may not see your team name 4 times yet and that your min 4 game guarantee includes bracket play (no names yet).

3. Requests were considered and I'm happy to say that 99% of known requests were granted.

4. No changes will be made at this time unless there was an error made in scheduling on MY part.

5. You can find the schedules on the tournament page or in the app.

Hello,

I wanted to send out a quick message to let teams know how the golden ticket and medals will be handled.

Golden Ticket......So the winner of each division will be presented with the golden ticket. This will allow them, if they wish, for a FREE entry into our nationals in November. This is a NON TRANSFERABLE item and will be tracked.
In the event it is a combined divison (2011/2012 as an example)....There will be a golden ticket given to both the top 2011 and top 2012 team if a 2011 team wins. HOWEVER, if a 2012 team wins the division, then only that team will win the golden ticket.

Medals.....Medals will be given out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places at regionals regardless of year but per division.

Hello,

Please read through this entire message and make sure your team is compliant on all of it BY THE DEADLINES LISTED.

Rosters.....Please make sure you have the correct players rostered. Make sure the correct ones are active/inactive. Remember to save it at the bottom. THIS MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY NIGHT at 10 pm.

Waivers....Make sure all players have completed their roster. If for some reason they are showing as incomplete but played in another tournament on a different team or got deleted, HAVE THEM COMPLETE IT AGAIN NOW. Also, make sure the email address is correct so that the players get them. The system automatically sends them out. IF THEY DON'T HAVE A COMPLETED WAIVER, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY.
The last time the system will send it out is Thursday, so it's important to have this done at the latest by then.

The rosters will be locked Friday morning. The players on there at that time (who are completed) will be eligible. We will also be using these rosters for awarding medal counts, wristbands, etc. If you are found to have the wrong number of players OR different players, your team will be disqualified.

The team list has just been released. We may be adding 2-3 more teams but it should change any divisions. (2015 boys read below). You can access the team list on the tournament page or in the app. If you placed them in the wrong division by accident or something, please let me know by noon tomorrow.

2015 BOYS:
As we currently have 15 teams in your division, we have created 2 divisions based on rankings/play/etc. The winner from each division will then play each other for champion and runner up. The 2 losing teams will play each other for 3rd place. IF WE END UP ADDING A 16TH TEAM, YOU MAY GET SHIFTED DEPENDING ON WHO IS ADDED.
