3v3 Live - Midwest Regional Championship
Description
You must qualify for regionals by placing 1st-3rd at a local tournament. Some at large bids will be granted or teams may also be admitted by tournament director for various reasons. NEW for 2025!! Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team's online roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player's email address and must be completed by 5 pm on the day before the tournament. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season!)

General Information
Start Time: 9 AM or Later
Registration Deadline: July 27th @ 11:59 pm (CST)
Cost: $300
Anyone registering after the deadline will be charged $325
Check In: Check in 30 minutes before your first game at the fields. Waiver forms will be electronic and need to be completed no later than Friday at 5 pm. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time unless it is BEFORE your first game. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Divisions: 5 through Adult (may be combined if needed)

Players: Up to 6 players per team
May play on 2 different teams, but NOT in the same division
Shirts: All registered players will receive a 3v3 Live t-shirt
(Shirts are not guaranteed after the deadline)
Awards: The top 3 teams in each division will receive awards.
SCHEDULES: Will be posted no later than Thursday, July 31st @ 7 PM
