1. As mentioned in registration, shirts are not given out at this event. HOWEVER, please make sure you stop by the HQ tent to check in and let us know your team is there.
2. Fields are as follows:
Waukegan Field 1.....3v3 fields 1-4
Waukegan Field 2.....3v3 fields 5-6
3. The complex does charge $5 parking fee.

Sorry for the delay in schedules as I was preparing for our Saturday event. You can find the schedules listed on the tournament page or in the app. Please remember that you might not see your team name listed 4 times yet (game guarantee) as that includes pool and bracket play. 100% of known requests were filled. Hello,
The primary team admin should have received a roster link for the team. This year it is VERY important for each roster to be complete with ACCURATE information (player name, correct birthday, email). This will serve as your roster and we will NOT have paper ones at headquarters anymore.
The other item is the waiver form. This must be filled out electronically by the parent or legal guardian, NOT THE COACH or anyone else unless they are the previously mentioned party. The waivers will ONLY NEED TO BE FILLED OUT ONCE FOR THE SEASON.
Doing this process early will alleviate any problems later in the week or on tournament day. TEAMS OR PLAYERS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIAPTE IN THE EVENT (No refunds given).

New for 2025! Online rosters and waiver forms All players must be listed on the team's online roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player's email address and must be completed by 5 pm on the day before the tournament. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season!)

General Information
Start Time: 9 AM or Later
Registration Deadline: July 28th @ 11:59 pm (CST)
Cost: $225
Anyone registering after the deadline will be charged $250
*****Anyone playing in BOTH the regional and this tournament, will qualify for a $25 refund per team (given after the tournaments happen) Email me after you are registered for both with team info.
Check In: Check in 30 minutes before your first game at the fields. Waiver forms will be electronic and need to be completed no later than Friday at 5 pm. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time unless it is BEFORE your first game. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Divisions: 5 through Adult (may be combined if needed)

Players: Up to 6 players per team
May play on 2 different teams, but NOT in the same division
Shirts: NO SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN AT THIS EVENT
Awards: The top 3 teams in each division will receive awards.
Nationals: Anyone playing in this event will still earn points towards the rankings and/or nationals.
