In reviewing the teams, some of you have done great, others are in the middle with some complete and some havn't got one done. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY IF THIS IS NOT COMPLETE AHEAD OF TIME. I have clicked on each unsigned person and sent an email (please give it some time to arrive). It went to the email provided. Please go in and complete this ASAP so that it's done. Your PRIMARY/ADMIN person/coach HAS ACCESS AND CAN CHECK AS WELL. IF THE PLAYERS HAS A GREEN CHECKMARK NEXT TO THEM, THEY ARE DONE. PLEASE GET THIS DONE!

Hello,

The primary team admin should have received a roster link for the team. This year it is VERY important for each roster to be complete with ACCURATE information (player name, correct birthday, email). This will serve as your roster and we will NOT have paper ones at headquarters anymore.
The other item is the waiver form. This must be filled out electronically by the parent or legal guardian, NOT THE COACH or anyone else unless they are the previously mentioned party. The waivers will ONLY NEED TO BE FILLED OUT ONCE FOR THE SEASON.
Doing this process early will alleviate any problems later in the week or on tournament day. TEAMS OR PLAYERS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIAPTE IN THE EVENT (No refunds given).

Good afternoon,

I have posted the team list. You can find it on the tournament page under teams or also on the app. I have broken some divisions apart and moved some teams. I have placed teams based on where they registered, last years rankings and also the skill level provided by the registering person. We still may getg a few teams coming in.
If you have an issue with YOUR team, please reach out by tomorrow no later than 3 pm as I will start to schedule Thanks.
