Unfortunately, we are about ot be under a long delay. We are pushing the start of the tourn to 1:00 and we will play 15 min games with no half time. The schedule will be changed online shortly.

We will be using the Thor Guard System today for weather. This is how it woks... Hopefully We won't have to use this but just in case!
THOR GUARD SYSTEM
How the Thor Guard System works:
You will be warned by a one 15 second blast of the horn signaling suspension of activities and a strobe light will begin flashing and remain flashing until safe conditions return. You should immediately seek an appropriate, and safe shelter. The most logical spot is your vehicle.
You may resume activities only after (three) 5 second blast of the horn are sounded and the strobe light stops flashing. (This is not based on a certain amount of time). The system only sends out the all clear when safe conditions return. The strobe light and horn are located on the stadium building (stadium parking lot side)

CHECK-IN will begin at 8:00. You will find us under the tent that says "Tournament Headquarters". You CANNOT start your game before checking in your team.
There will be a $5.oo parking fee per vehicle that the complex is charging.
NO Tents will be allowed in the larger field area (what would be considered an 11v11 field). Teams and spectators can set up tents outside the 11v11 field and behind the red perimeter line.
There will be no metal team benches on the field so teams may bring their own folding team benches.
We are excited about the day and can't wait to see all of you!

Important roster and waiver info - please read!
All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to particpate in this event.
Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (incluing email address).
Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts
