3v3 Live - Lubbock "Spookout" Schedule

Coaches and Parents,

It has come to our attention that some cars are parked 3 rows deep on the South side of the parking lot and have totally blocked cars in so they cannot leave. Please advise your teams that if this is you blocking cars in and parked illegally, you are at risk of being towed! Please go move your cars now!

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament in Lubbock this weekend. You may view them at SCHEDULES.

Please look at the schedule and make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts in your bracket. We have a great turnout for the tournament and many teams asked for schedule requests. We have met as many of these special requests as possible, and schedules are final at this time. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

Games will be played on the turf fields at the Berl Huffman Soccer Complex, 289 Loop Frontage Rd & Landmark Ln, Lubbock, TX.

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes before your first game. Only one representative of the team need attend.

Please be sure your roster is correct in the online system and that all of your parents have completed the online waiver form. Your roster will be frozen once your first game begins.

Remember to bring proof of birth for all players on the team. We will ask to see this only in the event of a roster or age challenge. Proof of birth can be a copy of a birth certificate, player card or other document that shows the player’s name and date of birth.

Costumes: Teams wishing to enter the team costume contest should notify staff when checking in. No entries will be taken after 7pm. Costumes must be soccer safe and referees have the final call on this.

Trick or Treating: Tent to tent trick or treating will take place from 7:30-8:00pm. (if you have an 8:00 pm game, be sure your team is back and ready to go in time for that!) Please remind your parents to bring candy to pass out from your team tent/area and be sure your players bring a bag to collect their goodies in! Trick or treating only works if everyone participates!!! We have 96 teams playing Saturday, so go heavy on the candy if you can!

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament being held in Lubbock, TX, on Saturday, October 25th. My name is Matthew Shappard, and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at matthew@3v3live.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.

The preliminary team list is now posted online at TEAM LIST. Please review this list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me any corrections TODAY. Registration is still open and teams will be added as they sign up. If you know of any teams still wanting to register in an existing division, please tell them to do so no later than Wednesday morning, as schedules will be created that afternoon.

If you are coaching multiple teams and need them de-conflicted, you MUST email us your request before schedules are done. We can de-conflict two teams per coach. Please bring additional help if you have more teams than that.

Please be sure your parents are responding to our email asking for their electronic waiver form. This form only has to be done once a year and is good for all 2025 events!

Please remind your parents that this is a Halloween tournament! We will stop all games for 30 minutes for tent to tent trick or treating. This only works if teams participate and bring candy to hand out. We suggest a minimum of one bag of candy per player. Costumes are encouraged as well. Please help ensure that they are “soccer safe.” The final decision on safety will rest with the referees.
