Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Hobbs this weekend. You may view them at SCHEDULES.

Please look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts in your bracket. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

Games will be played at Hobbs High School on Stadium Drive.

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes before your first game. Only one representative of the team need attend.

Please be sure your roster is correct in the online system and that all of your parents have completed the online waiver form. Your roster will be frozen once your first game begins.

Remember to bring proof of birth for all players on the team. We will ask to see this only in the event of a roster or age challenge. Proof of birth can be a copy of a birth certificate, player card or other document that shows the player’s name and date of birth.

Hello,

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament being held in Hobbs, NM, on Saturday, June 21st. Matthew Shappard will be your onsite tournament director.

I will be doing the tournament schedules. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at robin@3v3live.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.

If you know of any teams still wanting to register, please tell them to do so no later than Thursday at 2pm. Schedules will be posted and a link sent to you Thursday evening.

Please be sure your parents are responding to our email asking for their electronic waiver form. This form only has to be done once a year and is good for all 2025 events!

The tournament will be held at Hobbs High School, Stadium Drive, Hobbs, NM.
