Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Roswell this weekend. You may view them at SCHEDULES.

Please look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts in your bracket. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

Games will be played at Cielo Grande Recreation Area, 1600 W College Blvd, Roswell, NM 88201.

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes before your first game. Only one representative of the team need attend.

Please be sure your roster is correct in the online system and that all of your parents have completed the online waiver form. Your roster will be frozen once your first game begins.

Remember to bring proof of birth for all players on the team. We will ask to see this only in the event of a roster or age challenge. Proof of birth can be a copy of a birth certificate, player card or other document that shows the player’s name and date of birth.

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to participate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (including email address).

Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament being held in Roswell, NM, on Saturday, May 31st. My name is Matthew Shappard, and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at matthew@3v3live.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.

The preliminary team list is now posted online at TEAM LIST. Please review this list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me any corrections TODAY. If you know of any teams still wanting to register in an existing division, please tell them to do so no later than Wednesday at 6pm, as schedules will be created Wednesday night.

Please be sure your parents are responding to our email asking for their electronic waiver form. This form only has to be done once a year and is good for all 2025 events!

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com Thursday morning.

The tournament will be held at Cielo Grande Recreation Area, 1612 W College Blvd, Roswell, NM.
