3v3 Live - Rockport Documents

We are excited to welcome you to our most recent stop on the 3v3Live Tour in beautiful Rockport, TX this weekend. Here is some information about the facility and things you can expect when on site.

Only one representative will need to Check-In each team 30 min prior to your first kick off. Roster changes can be made up until tomorrow morning at 8:30am. All waivers must be signed online for players to participate.

Parking may be limited within the parking lots surrounding Memorial Park. Please feel free to park along the fence line if the parking lots become full.

3v3Live will have a trainer provide by Premier Sports Medicine on site to manage any minor injuries that occur during the event.

Food Trucks, Concessions, and Fundraising Tents will host a variety of drinks, snacks, and meals for you during the event.

Grilling and Glass Bottles are NOT allowed inside Memorial Park. Ice chests are fine as long as there are no glass containers or bottles.

Please remember to treat your referees and tournament official with respect at all times. We are looking forward to a great day of Soccer!

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Rockport this weekend. You may view them at SCHEDULES.

Please look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts in your bracket. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

Games will be played at Memorial Park, 1601 FM 2165, TX.

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes before your first game. Only one representative of the team need attend.

Please be sure your roster is correct in the online system and that all of your parents have completed the online waiver form. Your roster will be frozen once your first game begins.

Remember to bring proof of birth for all players on the team. We will ask to see this only in the event of a roster or age challenge. Proof of birth can be a copy of a birth certificate, player card or other document that shows the player’s name and date of birth.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament being held in Rockport, TX, on Saturday, June 14th. My name is Oscar Favela, and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at oscar@3v3live.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.

The preliminary team list is now posted online at TEAM LIST. Please review this list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me any corrections TODAY. If you know of any teams still wanting to register in an existing division, please tell them to do so no later than Wednesday, as schedules will be created Thursday morning.

Please be sure your parents are responding to our email asking for their electronic waiver form. This form only has to be done once a year and is good for all 2025 events!

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com Thursday by noon.

The tournament will be held at Memorial Park, 1601 FM 2165, Rockport, TX 78382.

Coaches,

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to participate in the 3v3 Live – Rockport event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (including email address).

Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts.

We will be sending you additional updates throughout the week and we look forward to seeing you at the fields!
