3v3 Live - McLean Premier United

Good evening everyone,
First I would like to thank all of you for joining us tomorrow. I hope all of you are as excited as we are. Here are a few things to know before tomorrow games start.
Number 1 thing is to have fun. remember why we are all there on a saturday, to play/watch/coach some soccer and enjoy time with family and friends. If you're planning on brining a popup tent, just know there's not a lot of spots where you'll be able to put it up. NO pop up tents on the turf fields.
Coaches and players should on the inside of the turf when they have a game and parents need to be on the opposite side. You can only have the players on your roster on your bench during the game. If a players sibling wants to sit over there on the bench then they can not wear the same shirt as that team. They must put a different color on.
Please be respectful to each other and the refs. We do not tollerate yelling at any of the referees. If you have a problem please come to the main tent and let us know and we will handle it accordingly.
There is a field map included in this email and it shows which 2 turf fields we will be using. We will have a layout of the field numbers at the main tent.
Games will be on the facilities Turf fields 2 and 3. Field 2, lower turf, will have our fields 1-6 and the facilities field 3, upper turf, will have our fields 7-12.
Make sure to check in at the main tent and grab your players shirts when you get there before your 1st game.
The weather doesn't look the greatest, however we will still play in the rain. Please prepare accordingly, extra shirt, socks, etc for the ride home. Just in case.
Lastly, please make sure that you puck up your area. We want to keep the place clean as it is now. I recommend bringing a trash bag for your team to throw any and all trash in. I'm not sure if or where the faciities trash cans are, so lets help them as much as we can.

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to particpate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (incluing email address).

Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts
