Hi Coaches and Managers-
I hope all is well and that your players are ready and excited about 3v3live tomorrow!! The fields look GREAT! They are dry and not soggy and ready to go!
Please be sure to check in 30 min before your first game. All waivers should already be in the system and online. If you didnt sign a waiver I will have a couple extra at HQ. After checking in we will give you the tournament t-shirts.
It is going to be really hot tomorrow with high humidity. Please be sure your players are drinking plenty of water and staying cool and under a tent when not playing! We will have a trainer on site for any injuries or taping or help with heat related issues! They will be located at tournament HQ in the middle of the complex.
Please be sure to throw all trash away and keep the complex nice. There are plenty of trash cans by the fields.
Lets show great sportsmanship to players, teams, coaches and referees! Its going to be a great day!

Please be sure to come to the registration tent in the middle of the fields to get your t-shirts. The t-shirt sizes have been pre ordered on the waivers so those sizes are the ones that you will receive.
The fields should be in great condition! We will be on site this evening and let you know if any changes!
Brett Dobie is the amazing ref assignor and we ask that you please be respectful to all refs! They are human and make mistakes just as players and coaches do! Most of you know that I will not tolerate any ref abuse! If you have an issue with a ref please talk to me or Brett and we can usually swap them if needed!

I hope all is well! First of all LETS GO THUNDER! GET IT DONE TONIGHT!!! :)
I am working on the schedule later today. The divisions are pretty much final and it looks to be a great tournament with over 80 teams! Please verify and confirm you are in the division you need to be in. I will start scheduling this afternoon around 1 pm!
Coaches for Girls Division 13/14 we only have two teams so I need to know if you want to move to another division or get a refund.
Weather forecast looks great with lots of sun and NO RAIN thank goodness!

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament to be held in NOKC on June 21, 2025. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at shane@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.
The team list is now posted online at 3v3live.com, Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. You may notice we have a few “Open Slots” (Divisions with 2 or 3 teams). If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 8:00pm. For planning purposes, please be aware that all games will start at 9 or 9:30am (latest would be 10 am depending on brackets) and should be finished by 3pm-4pm.

General Information
Start Time: 9am
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player and must be completed before checking in at the tournament on game day. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season! )
Players must be listed on roster and have a completed waiver form in the system to receive their free 3v3 Live T-Shirt
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! 3v3 Live will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Tournament Facts:
- All players will receive an official 3v3 Live Soccer tournament t-shirt (t-shirts not guaranteed for teams that register after the deadline)
- The top 3 teams in each division will receive custom medals for each player
- The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Championship of their choice
