A couple of things:
Waivers
Great job on the online waivers. Please encourage your parents to find their email and sign their waivers.
Here is a list of team's with multiple waivers unsigned. If you are on this list and don't plan to have your players sign online (likely just that you need to enter a parent email address on your roster) then your entire team and guardians will need to come to the welcome tent to check in and sign. If we don't signed waivers before the first game, those players and or teams are ineligible to play and will result in a forfeit.

Schedules
We have had a lot of parents reaching out asking about schedules. Please share the schedule with your teams and also encourage them to download the 3v3 Live app for live scoring updates all day tomorrow.

Hello,
The excitement is building! Fields were freshly cut and painted today. The Polo Farm is an amazing setting for this wonderful event. We can't wait to share it all with you!
A couple of Updates
Schedules are Final
Thank you for your patience while we worked through some divison and scheduling changes.
They are now final as we prepare all the game day logistics.
Please note, there were several division and schedule revisions that happened since the schedule was published on Tuesday. Please make sure to double check your field and game times. Failure to be at the correct field at the assigned start time will result in forfeiture.
3v3 Live App
If you have not yet, please download the 3v3 Live App. This is the best way to stay updated on scoring, standings and bracketing throughout the day. Encourage your parents to do so also!
Event Layout
We have attached the event layout for your information. One note, we encourage all those bringing 10x10 tents to set up in "Tent Alley" in front of the stage.
Please pay attention to signs. The main polo field, stables and farmhouse are strictly off limits for our event.

Hello,
From all of us at Goals for Gianna, thank you so much for your participation.
Registration closes in a few hours! Once that happens we will begin the process of building divisions, brackets and our schedule. Here's a few things to expect.
Spirit
What sets Goals for Gianna apart from most soccer tournaments is the spirit of the event. Remember, we are coming together as a soccer loving community to honor the life of Gianna and raise money for local charity.
That doesn't mean the soccer won't be competitive. It will, just like Gianna would have wanted!
But like Gianna, the spirit of the event is about fun and bringing people together. We have a zero tolerance policy for any confrontation between players, coaches, parents or refs. Any individual found to violate the spirit of our event will result in the ejection of the individual's entire associated team from the event.
So many people said that last year's event was the best soccer tournament they had ever been too. "The vibe was great." It certainly was, let's all do our part to keep it that way!
Divisions
This is the most challenging part of organizing a tournament. In a perfect world, we'd have 5-8 teams sign up at every age group. This is not a perfect world.
Some groups have way more teams than that. Some have less. We are going to do our absolute best given the information we received to balance the groups to create competitive matches (and crown as many champions as we can). It won't be perfect, but please keep in mind the spirit of the event and give us some grace!
With that said, we are going to distribute a divisional draft for review. What we are looking for is any major misses on our part.

Registration
You likely received a roster link email (or two) from 3v3 Live tonight. Online waivers are really handy. Many of you have already completed your waivers and we thank you.
If you have completed your waivers online all you need to do is have one representative from your team stop by the registration tent and check in.
If you haven't completed your waivers online then you will need your entire team AND a parent/guardian of each child to come to the registration tent Saturday morning to manually fill them out.

On January 18th, 2024 Gianna tragically lost her life in a fatal car accident. In remembrance of Gianna we would like you to join us in honoring and celebrating her life in a memorial 3 V 3 soccer classic. Gianna was a beautiful, kind-hearted, enthusiastic, and a fun-loving young girl. She had a passion for life and there was something truly special about how she lived each day to the fullest. Her passion for soccer and being the best “she” could be was always on display on and off the field. Gianna was an extremely giving person and she always put others first. In giving back, all proceeds of the classic will be donated to local organizations of the Lamb family's choosing. We hope you would like to participate in this wonderful cause. Let’s go get some, “Goals for Gianna!”

General Information
Start Time: 8:00am
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player and must be completed before checking in at the tournament on game day.
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! We will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Divisions:
We will have open divisions for boys and girls K-12.
Divisions will be available for all levels of players. We use a staggred system and recommed advanced teams play up based on the oldest player on the roster while intermediate and rec teams play down. See examples below. In some instances, we will combine age groups to make full divisions if necessary.
We recommend roster sizes of 4 to 5.
Advanced Team Example: Your roster has 4 advanced travel players with the oldest being a 2013 birth year. Pick the 2012/2013 division. If your team is really advanced, consider playing up another level, in this example, 2011/2012.
Intermediate Team Example: Your roster has 4 intermediate level travel players at a lower division, i.e, IWSL C or D, YSSL 4 or 5, with the oldest player being a 2013 birth year. Pick the 2013/2014 division.
Recreation Team Example: Your roster is made up of recreational level players and the oldest birth year is 2013. Pick the 2013/2014 division.
Tournament Facts:
- Winning teams from each bracket will receive a champions t-shirt
- All teams will be guaranteed at least 3 games.
