We will continue to accept teams on an as needed basis, with the Final Team List being published Wednesday night


***If your team has not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Thursday morning.***


TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:


PLAYER WAIVER

►To speed up your check-in process, ALL PLAYERS must complete the online waiver by Thursday at midnight. Player Waiver: https://5v5soccer.com/waiver/
►No Waiver. No Play.


TEAM ROSTER

►Coach / Manager responsibility: *** Print and bring to check-in*** Complete and have a printed Tournament roster ready to turn in at check in. This is your Official Roster.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:


DIVISIONS

Teams will be grouped into divisions based on birth year and skill level. Brackets will be combined by teams +/- 1 year and/or skill level to make the most competitive brackets possible.


SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS

►Full schedule posted late Thursday night

►Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 6 pm to andrea@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.

►If the request is made later than Wednesday at 6pm, changes may not be accepted.


GAME FORMAT

►All teams play a minimum of 4 games.
►Divisions with 3, 5, or 6 teams play round-robin; 1st place is determined by points.
►4-team divisions have 3 pool games and a final playoff.

NATIONALS QUALIFICATION

►Teams placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd qualify for Nationals in Florida coming November 2025.

We wanted to let you know that the tournament has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 22nd at the same location.

We hope your team can still join us for a great day of soccer! If for any reason your team is unavailable on the new date, just let me know—we’ll remove your team and issue a full refund. As always, all 5v5 Soccer events are 100% refundable.

If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume your team is still planning to participate.
