Hi Coaches and Managers-
I hope all is well. We have made the decision to postpone this tournament due to low number of teams. The divisions don't have enough teams to make the event competitive and allow for the best quality of play and fun for 3v3live.
The Tulsa event will be moved to SATURDAY, AUGUST 16th, 2025.
You have several options since you have paid.
1. We can transfer your money to this tournament on August 16th.
2. We can transfer your money to another 3v3live tournament (Mustang, Ok or Enid, Ok)
3. We can refund your money if none of these options work for your team.
We apologize for the cancellation but we appreciate you signing up to play 3v3live. The July 4th Holiday had a much larger impact on teams wanting to play then we expected.
Please let me know what you would like to do with your registration money!

Hi Coaches and Managers-
I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament to be held in Tulsa, OK on July 5th,2025. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at shane@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.
Registration will close at midnight on Wednesday. We still have room for teams if interested. I have moved some teams into divisions where we can have at least 4 teams. We will see how the next day or two goes and see if we add any teams. I will make the necessary updates once registration closes.

Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. You may notice we have a few “Open Slots” (Divisions with 2 or 3 teams). If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 8:00pm. For planning purposes, please be aware that all games will start at 9am and should be finished by 3pm.

General Information
Start Time: 9am
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player and must be completed before checking in at the tournament on game day. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season! )
Players must be listed on roster and have a completed waiver form in the system to receive their free 3v3 Live T-Shirt
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! 3v3 Live will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Tournament Facts:
- All players will receive an official 3v3 Live Soccer tournament t-shirt (t-shirts not guaranteed for teams that register after the deadline)
- The top 3 teams in each division will receive custom medals for each player
- The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Championship of their choice
