Hi Teams,
We are less than 24 hours away from kick off!! We hope you're as excited as we are!
Remember you must make sure your Team Roster & Medical Waiver forms are submitted. Either in the EventConnect application or you sent them via email. If you emailed them you would have gotten a confirmation receipt from us advising.
We sell sand socks & balls during the tournament - come to the main tent!
Please plan to have your teams assemble 15-30 mins prior to your games so you can find your fields appropriately, get your teams gathered, etc and be ready to play at game time.
Lastly but just as important DOUBLE CHECK the schedules. There could have been last minute emergency changes & the system isn't perfect and doesn't always notify you of those changes. Schedules can be found in our app or on our website under Schedules. Those are also the places you'll find live scoring be streamed through the tournament!!

All schedules requests were reviewed but not all could be provided. We do our best as always.
Friday night check in is NOT mandatory. This is ONLY for emergency last minute changes to a roster/medical form or for participants to purchase the Jolly Roger wristbands @ the discounted price of $50. Last call for Jolly Roger wristbands! This is an AMAZING special for everyone of all ages!!
The wristbands are available for early pick up on Friday or for individual purchase & pick up Friday evening at Check In from 6pm-8pm (info on our site, Check In link)
$40 for Fri/Sat/Sun and early pick up!?! No one gets this special but our participants & family members!
Email us your order @ beach5sandsoccer@yahoo.com and we must receive those orders by noon tomorrow 6.14.2025. A PayPal invoice will be sent & it must be paid by midnight 6.14.2025 as we will be giving our orders to our JR representative on 6.15.2025.
Last chance to get this special will be in person @ the Check In from 6pm-9pm.
