3v3 Live - Temple Documents

Hello!!

Thank you for joining us for the 3v3Live Temple, TX! We are so excited to see you at Crossroads Park Saturday! Here are a couple reminders for tomorrow's event.

When viewing the schedules, any divisions with 6+ teams will be split into brackets. Teams will play their pool play games and then depending on their placing after their pool play games, will advance to the semi finals or consilation games. ALL TEAMS are guranteed at least 4 games so check your schedules to make sure you don't miss a game. Feel free to download the 3v3Live App to track scores and standings throughout the day!

A field map is attached. We will be using Field 1/2/3 of Crossroads park. Fields for tomorrow are marked in black and numbered on the map attached.

Coaches only: Please visit our HQ tent 30min prior to your first game to check in and receive player t-shirts. Please ensure emails are properly loaded for your players and they have all signed waivers

Parents: No need to visit HQ to check in. Please make sure all waivers are signed this evening or first thing in the AM. Any players lacking a waiver will not be allowed to play.

As always remember to treat your referees, players, other spectators, and tournament staff with respect at all times. We are here for the kids and the love of the beautiful game.

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Temple this weekend. You may view them at SCHEDULES.

Please look at the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts in your bracket. Please bring coaching help if you have multiple teams!

Games will be played at Den Harder Soccer Complex, 6600 Research Loop, Temple, TX.

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes before your first game. Only one representative of the team need attend.

Please be sure your roster is correct in the online system and that all of your parents have completed the online waiver form. Your roster will be frozen once your first game begins.

Remember to bring proof of birth for all players on the team. We will ask to see this only in the event of a roster or age challenge. Proof of birth can be a copy of a birth certificate, player card or other document that shows the player’s name and date of birth.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament being held in Temple, TX, on Saturday, August 16th. My name is Oscar Favela, and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at oscar@3v3live.com, and I will reply as soon as possible.

The preliminary team list is now posted online at TEAM LIST. Please review this list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me any corrections TODAY. Registration is still open and teams will be added as they sign up. If you know of any teams still wanting to register in an existing division, please tell them to do so no later than Wednesday evening, as schedules will be created Thursday morning.

Please be sure your parents are responding to our email asking for their electronic waiver form. This form only has to be done once a year and is good for all 2025 events!

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com Thursday by noon.

The tournament will be held at The Den Harder Soccer Complex, 6600 Research Loop, Temple, TX 76502.
