Dear Coaches and Managers,

We regret to inform you, despite our efforts, due to lower-than-anticipated registration numbers, we've had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event. We know this is disappointing and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

However, we have another great outdoor tournament in your area this summer! If you’re interested, you are welcome to transfer your registration to the following event:

5v5 Lebanon, OH July 11, 2026

Additionally, depending on your travel preferences, we have two upcoming indoor events in Pittsburgh:

5v5 Pittsburgh, PA MLK Day Indoor
5v5 Pittsburgh, PA President’s Day Futsal Cup

If none of these dates work for your team, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please reply to this email with your team name and division, and we will process that for you.

If you have not yet paid your registration fees or do not wish to transfer at this time, no further action is required.
