We had a few schedule changes since posting the preliminary schedule due to competitive reasons.

Please review your current schedule and let us know if you see any issues or questions. We are sending this copy of the schedule to the referee assignor for referee assignments, so if you have any urgent changes, we need to know soon.

If not, we will be under schedule lock shortly.

We also have online check-in open now. Submit a copy of your roster with player photos (or a PDF copy of your player cards) for approval.

We have posted a copy of the schedule for review.

We are still in the review period, so if there are concerns about teams being incorrectly grouped, we will still review those.

We have coaching conflicts entered, but if there is a field change that would better accomodate your schedule, let us know and we can possibly move games to better allow for less travel time.

If you have a conflict which we were not aware of, please let us know and we'll do our best to adjust.

Please note, some brackets only have two pool play games. Your third game will take place after the first two pool play games are complete.
You can view potential game times (and playoff bracket by clicking on your division where you can view all games for teams in that division, as well as placeholder games.

In a couple divisions, a team may play a 4th game instead of 3 pool play games. Teams will advance by Average Tournament Points per game to determine which team will advance in those scenarios.

We have begun scheduling for the 2026 BVU Cup.
We have most of the groupings done (but are still working through some U09-U12 groups will update over the next 48 hours.

We ask you to take a look at the team groupings now and advise if you feel your team, or another team in you group is miss-placed.
Teams in your group are likely opponents for your team, so if you feel the matchups are not fair, now is the time to provide that feedback

Tournament director will make final placemet decisions but we value your feedback prior to our schedule being posted and then later locked.

Hello Coaches and Managers,

Thanks for registering for the BVU Cup. As we continue to take registrations for ages U09 through U12, we largely full at the U13+ age groups.

We'll begin evaluating groups and will post those before too long for public review to ensure proper placements before we build out those schedules.

Please note once the group review stage is complete, we will not be making playing level changes, so be sure to review once we have those posted.

We will communicate those to everyone as soon as those are ready.
