Hello everyone,
I would like to start by thanking all of you for joining us this season for another fun summer of 3v3 soccer.
Here is the location address and field information you will need for tomorrow.
James S. Long Regional Park

Haymarket, VA, 20169
We are on their Grass fields #3 and #4.
When you come into the complex follow rhe road past the Turf fields, past the Basketball courts and the Gras fields will be on your left. If you go to the end and reach the baseball fields you can park there and walk up the hill to the fields.
Please have 1 person from your team check in at the main tent when you arrive before your 1st game.
After your final game Please have someone from your team go to the main tent and speak with either yself or one of the staff there. There we're a lot of moving parts this tournament and even though you may finish in 2, 3, 4, 5, etc you may still have won a medal. So please don't forget.
Lastly, make sure to check the schedules 1 last time to make sure you haven't missed a change or update.

General Information
START TIME
• Games begin at 9:00 AM. Please plan to arrive early for check-in.
REGISTRATION
• A coach is not required to register a team. Anyone may complete registration.
• Teams should register based on the birth year of the oldest player.
• During registration, create a coach’s account to manage your team.
• Rosters do not need to be finalized at the time of registration.
• Players may be added or edited up until one day prior to the event date.
• Registration Deadline: Midnight (EST) on Sunday prior to the event.
• Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
• All players must be listed on the online roster, including birthdate and email address.
• Electronic waiver forms must be completed before check-in on game day.
CHECK-IN
• Teams must check in 30 minutes prior to their first scheduled game.
• Rosters are frozen after check-in and cannot be changed.
• Proof of age must be available on request (player cards, birth certificates, or driver’s licenses).
SCHEDULES
• Posted Thursday before the tournament.
• Scheduling requests due by registration deadline.
• Limited to two requests per team.

• Open to 2020 birth year through Adult
• Non-sanctioned event open to all players
• Roster max: 6 players
• Ball size: Regular season size
• Goals: 4 ft x 8 ft Bownets
• Field Size: 25–30 yards wide by 35–40 yards long
• Top 3 teams receive custom medals
