Event has been POSTPONED

Dear Coaches and Managers,

We regret to inform you that due an unforseen issue with the facility availability we are are going to postpone this weekends event to 3/14/26. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are committed to ensuring a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are happy to transfer your registration fees to another event in your area. You can view the full list of upcoming events on our app: Download App.

Please reply to this email to indicate your request. Be sure to include your team name, age group, the city of the canceled tournament, and the city/tournament you would like to transfer into. You have until the end of this week to submit your transfer request. If we do not receive a transfer request by then, your fees will be refunded at the beginning of next week.

Hi Everyone! Thanks for signing up for the 5v5 Soccer Tournament in Abilene, TX! We’re excited to have you playing with us! Please see below for important event information.

We are accepting Team registrations for the 5v5 event in all divisions, and we are accepting Keeper registratiosn for the Keeper Cup. If you know of anyone interested in playing, please send them the link below, or have them contact me directly.

We will continue to accept teams until divisions are completely full.

***If your team has not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Friday morning****

TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:


ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

All Team Rosters & Player waivers must be completed through Exposure. These must be completed no later than one day prior to the event, or teams may risk losing their spot in the event.

Sometimes, it may be necessary to combine divisions. Divisions may be subject to change as teams continue to register to allow for the fairest and best competition possible. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, visit https://5v5soccer.com/divisions

SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Scheudles will be posted no later than noon Friday 2/20/26.

Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 6 pm to Natalie@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.
If the request is made later than Thursday at 6 pm, changes may not be accepted.
