Please review the schedule. Schedules are subject to change, so be sure to check back late Friday evening.

Please check your team in at the tournament headquarters table 30 minutes prior to your first game. Only one representative from each team needs to check the team in. Remember to bring a print out of your team roster. Proof of age will not need to be presented at check in, however, we do ask that you have a printed or digital copy of each player's proof of age on site in the event of a challenge.

Hi Everyone! Thanks for signing up for the Keeper Cup Tournament in Abilene, TX: 3/14/26. We’re excited to have you playing with us! Please see below for important event information.

Event Location: Madison Middle School 3145 Barrows St Abilene TX 79605

***IMPORTANT: If you have not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Thursday morning.***

TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:

ALL Participants:
Must bring at least 1 ball (encouraged to bring several).

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
All Team Rosters & Player waivers must be completed through Exposure. These must be completed no later than one day prior to the event, or risk losing your spot in the event. Event has been POSTPONED

Dear Coaches and Managers,

We regret to inform you that due an unforseen issue with the facility availability we are are going to postpone this weekends event to 3/14/26. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are committed to ensuring a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are happy to transfer your registration fees to another event in your area. You can view the full list of upcoming events on our app: Download App.

Please reply to this email to indicate your request. Be sure to include your team name, age group, the city of the canceled tournament, and the city/tournament you would like to transfer into. You have until the end of this week to submit your transfer request. If we do not receive a transfer request by then, your fees will be refunded at the beginning of next week.

Keeper cup games will start Saturday morning 8am is the earliest game. The games are in 10 minute blocks please be early, there is no time to reschedule games due to late arrives so make sure you are at the field and ready at your schedueld time. Please make sure you keeper knows to take the field at their scheduled time there will not be an annoucement - The Ref will have a game card with the keepers name that he will verify. Please bring at least 1 aired up ball with you, the more soccer balls you can bring the better the game will be. Highly recommened bringing multiple soccerballs. Parents bring your running shoes as the quicker the balls are returned the more time your keeper has to score!

Please remember you will need to complete the Roster and player waiver for your keeper. The team name is your keepers name, you will still need to add your keeper to the team roster. Once on the roster you will need to complete the waiver for the keeper.

I am still accepting in all divisions. If you know of a keeper would want to complete Saturday have them contact me to snag a spot! Remaining spots are limited so register before it is too.
