Hi Coaches and Managers -

I wanted to send an email about a few last minute housekeeping items:

1- A field map will be provided inside the indoor/concessions area. That is where our HQ will be as well. This where you can buy T-shirts and pick up medals after the tournament.

2- Looks like it won't be quite as hot as origially forecasted but definitely still hot. Please make sure everyone is hydrating early and often and staying in the shade or A/C as needed.

3- We have lots of 3v3live T-shirts on sale for only $5!! Please come by HQ and grab a couple T-shirts. (I really don't want to take any back home :) )

4- Lastly please be kind to the referees. I will not tolerate any referee abuse!!! If you are having an issue with a referee for some reason please come see me and we can possibly switch...if available! Make sure your players and fans show good sportsmanship and respect for the game, players, other teams, referees etc! The fields are in incredible shape! The complex is AMAZING!! We will be "UNDER THE LIGHTS"!! It's going to be amazing and I am very excited to watch some great games of 3v3live!! Thanks for playing and let me know if any questions.

I did my best to manage the coaching conflicts if I was aware of them. I tried to push back starting times to as late as I could to avoid the heat. We have to be done playing by 10:30pm. Hi Coaches and Managers-
We received several late registrations last night and are adding a few more today so some of the divisions have changed. Please review. We had some teams that were essentially "playing down" and that is not in line with our terms and conditions that coaches agree to. Here are the terms and agreement that each coach signed and agreed to:

"DIVISION PLACEMENT
As each 3v3 Live tournament is a different mix of ages and skill levels, all division placements will be will be reviewed by the tournament director and teams may, at the sole discretion of the tournament director, be moved up or down to form the most competitive groupings possible."

Essentially if you are an advanced (competitive) team then you will need to play up so that your games are competitive.

My National Tournament Director has reviewed these new divisions and we made changes where applicable. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi Coaches and Managers-
I have merged a couple of divisions in order to have enough teams. The registration closes tonight at Midnight. So tomorrow I will finalize all divisions. If you are in a division with 1 or 2 teams we will need to merge you into division so that you are able to play. You will likely play "up" but again we will give medals and Golden Tickets to every division that has teams signed up. Schedule should be done by 8pm.
Also, I have received a few emails about the forecast for Saturday and the potential heat index. We are very aware of this and we will start kickoffs at 4pm. I know its still very hot at that time but hopefully when the sun starts to set it will be a little more bearable. This amazing complex has an indoor concession that has A/C and its very refreshing. Please feel free to cool off in this area while you are not playing. Stay hydrated and in the shade as much as possible. Safety is our number one priority!! Let me know if any questions.

Hi Coaches and Managers-

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer Tournament to be held in Enid, Oklahoma on Saturday, July 25th, 2026. My name is Shane Schwab and I will be your Tournament Director. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at Shane@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

The team list is now posted online at www.3v3live.com. Please review the team list for accuracy. Are you in the right division, etc.? Please e-mail me with any corrections. I have not yet merged the divisions as registration is open until Wednesday at midnight. I will have to merge some divisions so that we can play the divisions out. However, if you are in division with 1 or 2 teams and you are merged into another division, we will award a Golden Ticket to 3v3live Nationals for every age division. I will start the merging process tomorrow where I feel we will need it. If you have any preferences or questions regarding your division please let me know.

You may notice we have a few “Open Slots” (Divisions with 2 or 3 teams). If you know of anyone who would be interested in filling these “Open Slots”, PLEASE have them contact me as soon as possible so we can try and fill in all the divisions. We will take teams on a first come, first served basis.

Please be sure to let me know if you are coaching two teams so that I can schedule around any coaching conflicts. I need to know these by Wednesday at noon preferably.

The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 8:00pm. For planning purposes, please be aware that all games will start at 4pm and should be finished by 10 or 10:30 pm.

The tournament will be held at this state of the art complex with beautful grass fields.
